Easy check in and great view from my room window.

The bed was super comfy…and not too high! BUT the water pressure was awful!!! I know Ca. Law has a certain setting…. But please. We mentioned it to the front desk and maintenance changed the shower head. It was maybe a tad better…. But still lacking by a lot!

We’ve stayed here a few times when visiting family. Ultimately we stay here because it’s close to where our family lives and relatively new. Pros: Close to the 15 freeway, shopping and restaurants. Room is large enough for 4 without being in each other’s space. Rooms and linens are clean. Beds are medium firm. Hot breakfast included each morning including eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. shower is large and equipped with shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in case you forget yours. Cons: Rooms do not have enough bright lighting. An overhead light would really help. Our room accommodated 6 guests, however we were only given 3 bath towels, hand towels, etc. There were only four of us but we had to share towels until we could get more. There is only one sink and mirror which makes getting ready difficult when you have teen girls. Overall: It’s a nice hotel and we will continue to stay here.

I booked a room where the room showed a bath. I received only a shower. I specifically needed a bath because I have a 3 year old.

Staff response is terrible. Was given a room which has clogged toilet. Staff refused to service and asked to take a plunger and fix yourself. Terrible won’t stay here again

The hotel is very clean and modern. The bed is quite comfortable. The only negative, is the t.v is in an odd location. It is not in front of the bed or the couch.
