聖地亞哥北部/聖馬科斯萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites San Diego North/San Marcos)

During my stay, on the day where the housekeeper came to clean the room they left the toilet brush on the bathroom counter next to all my makeup brushes and skin care. I was absolutely disgusted seeing that and when I notified the front desk, I was just given disinfectant wipes and went up to clean the bathroom myself. The room was also not vacuumed properly as I noticed residual leaves on the floor. During check out when I brought up this situation to the manager and front desk during check out I was simply asked to call ahead and they will make sure that the room was clean for us ahead of time. I didn't really understand this since I assume the room should be clean before I come for my visit anyway? The way this matter was handled did not make me feel comfortable and did not make me want to come back to visit this property as I am questioning the sanitary practices in place and I felt dissatisfied with how the staff handled the situation as well.

We were in town for multiple sporting events and this ended up being the perfect location for us. Once the events were over the food options surrounding the hotel were great and allowed us to rest before jumping to the next event. The staff was great and extremely helpful! The rooms were clean and quiet.

So not every room has sofas. Definitely double triple check that. They stated that ******* uses pictures from all rooms. Yes it’s big a huge problem but never know hope that helps

I like to have clean bathrooms without other peoples hair in there...however, fairfield Inn hotels are the best I've experienced so far! Big thanks to the friendly staff for the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work
