There was Bed Bugs in the room and I was forced to drive an hour and a half home. At least the staff was quick to refund me. Now awaiting my money back from Trip.com

I travel 6 months out of the year this place except for some of the staff was absolutely Patric. Someone else’s old T Shirt in Closet. Open the pull out bed there is rolled up tissues and a mysterious liquid was noticed. This place no matter how cheap DONT STAY HERE YOU WERE WARNED.

The lobby area was clean. The check-in staff was very nice and helpful. The room was terrible. It had a dampness that never subsided, raising or lowering the AC did not help in any way. There are stains on the ceiling. The bathroom is very small with no room to place toiletries. The shower stall floor was dirty (black stains). The shower door did not close so it stays half-opened. The beds were supposed to be queen but were full-sized at best. Discussed these issues with the desk person at checkout but I did not feel they were really going to do anything about it. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Shower area old and dirty. Beds never made Three days and room was never cleaned. We had to ask for towels as they never dried in the bathroom. Mold around tub area. Breakfast was coffee and cold cereal. On Sunday they put out bananas and apples.

We spent one night before traveling to the beach and our room smelled so horrible! It was either mold or extremely musty. The bathroom had hair along the base boards and the tub had a tub mat that was old and falling apart. I was unable to sleep due to the horrible smell emanating from the room.

This place was not fit for a rat! There was bodily fluids on our towels. The bed was broken. The place was FILTHY!!! The tub was so dirty and had mold growing from a constant leak.

Pas de ménage dans les chambres pendant tout le séjour . Petit déjeuner vraiment minimaliste. Personnel peu disponible

Staff was very nice, bathroom not as clean as I felt it should have been. Hair in sink and in shower.
