蘭開斯特美洲最佳價值套房飯店(Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Lancaster)

The rooms were very big, and the were clean. It was my first time staying there. I would stay there again. They have a very good Mexican restaurant right next store.

I stood here two and three days at a time but the television didn’t work. I ask the front desk to please send someone to fix it, but nobody came. Plus there’s cockaroaches! Other than that it’s ok. Use to be really nice but now it’s ghetto!

The place is dirty, smells like smoke, have cockroaches, broken fixtures, ghetto people staying at the property probably renting from month to month. Felt unsafe.

I was tired after having been on the road for 12 hours so I picked the closest hotel without reading any reviews. All I can say is that it will never happen again! Driving up to the property was worrisome. The room assigned to us was nasty, smelled and in such a terrible condition that it shouldn't be made available to anyone. I was speechless walking into such a filthy, foul smelling, and rundown room. Stains on bedsheet, burn/scorch marks were all over the bathroom counter, exposed electrical outlets,  heat/ac unit falling apart and a toilet seat that didn't fit.  I was in the room just long enough to take pictures for ******* to see and hopefully contact this property about the condition of this hotel. I informed front desk about the room but apparently he doesn't care and said that all rooms are like that. 

This property did not feel safe. A lot of people who did not appear to be guests coming and going. The room was large, but carpet and furniture need replacing. Good value.

A lot of noise at night like people arguing. Also, checking in is at 3:00 pm because there is limited staff available. On top of that, until onr arrives, they ask for $50 dollars cash as a deposit for possible damages, but rooms' furniture is damaged and old.

Reserved Non-Smoking. They put me in a smoking room, smelled horrible. Moved me to a "non-smoking" room. Smelled a little less horrible. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter (and why the heck is there a tiny refrigerator in the bathroom?) Anytime I took a deep breath, my throat became sore from the stale tobacco odor. No trash can in room. Bathtub refinish coating flaking and possibly dangerous sharp edges. I did not use bath tub or shower.

They did not give me the room that I paid for. There were homeless transients roaming the parking lot. The room was not very clean and it smelt like smoke.
