向西旅館及套房(Westward Inn & Suites)

We have stayed here before, and it is one of our favourites. It's an older property, and not many amenities onsite, but everything we need is walking distance. Clean, well maintained, good value for price, very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 6 nights. The room was spacious and clean with comfy bed. Very well located with lots of restaurants in walking distance. There is a small green space to walk the dog. Very friendly staff.

Clean room. Great service. Slept great. Centrally located. Always enjoy staying at the Westward Inn!

It was an experience. Staff was super friendly and nice. Room smelt like cigarettes and the toilet was dirty. Two small pillows for a queen size bed. The rooms were spacious and the hardwood floors are nice. I was just passing through and needed a place to sleep, so this did the job. The biggest positive of this place, other than excellent staff, is the location. Lots of food places nearby.

Location wasnt bad for our needs. Very convenient having laundry on site. Staff friendly and helpful. I found the bed fairly comfortable but my spouse thought it was too hard. Good water pressure in the shower but showerhead too low for tall people. Hairdryer (didnt use so dont know if it worked), soap and shampoo. Small microwave and fridge. Didnt like like the cleanliness of the room. No recent cleaning under the bed or anywhere else not in the center of the room. Not sure when floor was last washed. Fridge not clean and food frozen in the thick ice in the icebox of the fridge. Mold in the bathroom. Issues covered over with paint and not properly fixed. Lack of cleanliness a big turn off. Won't be chosing to stay there again.

Room was gross. Just absolutely gross. My charger would fall out of the plugins. The bedside lamps they provide was a joke because they couldn’t be plugged in and stay on (if you sit on the bed and move at all, the lamp goes on and off). The comforter smelled like piss. Customer service was a head ache and a half.

The front desk/owners were very friendly. We needed a place to sleep and then carry on early morning to our destination and this place did its job well :)

Woman at front desk was lovely. Rooms need paint touchups, new toilet seats, baseboards painted & bathtubs redone. Very clean though & quiet.

No frills but it has everythig you need to have a comfortable stay. The owners are very nice people and were very helpful.
