歐提尼亞克城堡飯店(Chateau Autignac)

Une Maison d' hôtes d'exception où tout a été parfait pendant notre séjour. Si vous aimez le design et des matériaux de grandes qualités, la piscine, le sauna, le hammam, ...un accueil chaleureux et professionnel ...une jolie chambre avec une immense salle de bains, un petit déjeuner délicieux ...alors il faut séjourner au château d' Autignac vous ne le regretterez pas !

We visited the Chateau as part of a 10-day vacation to Spain and France and my husband and I both consider this our favorite hotel of the trip! Tucked away in quaint Autignac, the adorable village is easily walkable with beautiful vineyards just a short drive away. The Chateau itself is both modern and comfortable, with a lovely and spacious back yard area featuring a pool, jetted jacuzzi and lounge chairs to soak in the relaxed a**osphere. After a strenuous travel schedule leading up to Autignac, we loved pouring ourselves wine and beer from the honor bar and enjoying a relaxing afternoon by the tranquil pool. Our room was gorgeous and clean, with a comfy bed and windows that opened up to allow in a nice breeze. The bathroom was also perfect, with a rain shower head and plush robes. The included breakfast was delicious, featuring a full loaf of fresh brioche, yogurt, granola, toast and just-queezed juice with coffee. The weather was nice so we were able to enjoy this on the beautiful terrace...such a great way to kick off the day! Last but not least, the service was warm and friendly without being intrusive. The manager made an excellent restaurant recommendation and secured us a last-minute dinner reservation, even though it was a busy time due to a local festival. If we make it back to Autignac and France, we will definitely make it a point to visit again!

Wow this really was breathtaking if you love architecture, art, a spa to relax with good wine then this is your place! The attention to detail is precise and the rooms exquisite. Martine and Stephanie were welcoming and informative advising us on all things local with excellent English booking good local restaurants and delivering a truly lovely breakfast and the honestly bar kept us supplied with their own delicious wine, we did only have the rose and red is their specialty. We had a front room with lovely floor to ceiling windows with shutters so the light flooded in and a small study area. Separate bathroom and toilet. The shower was so nice I could’ve stayed in it for hours lovely soft white towels and crisp white bed linen as I said before attention to detail ! Outside the gardens just flow and we had our own space to relax and sunbathe next to the stunning infinity pool and jacuzzi oh and did I mention the indoor spa? Gorgeous and all so quiet we literally had the place to ourselves. So we chilled, relaxed and loved this place just want to come back very soon!

Obwohl wir 10 Tage dort waren und das Frühstück ohne genauen Infos inkludiert ist, erhält man zum Frühstück für 2 Personen jeden Tag nur 4 Scheiben Brot, das wir und andere Gäste nicht schmackhaft fanden, sowie eine Butter, ein Brioche, ein Obstsalt und eine Marmelade. Für Käse oder S*****en bezahlt man für 40 Gramm (!) 5€ extra, ein Ei kostet auch 5€. Der Kaffee schmeckt fürchterlich und die Ceralien haben uns auch nicht angesprochen. Nach einer Woche haben wir bemerkt, dass unsere Bettwäsche kein einziges Mal gewechselt wurde, weil wir schon in der ersten Nacht auf einer bestimmten Stelle einen Schokoriegel fallen gelassen habe und der selbe Fleck nach genau einer Woche ebenfalls oben war. Von der unfreundlichen Chefin im Haus erhielten wir nur Unverständnis und Ausflüchte und es wurde behauptet, dass die Bettwäsche nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt wurde. Bei einer Hitzewelle mit 36-38 Grad könnte man es meiner Meinung nach ohnehin öfters wechseln. Beim Frühstück auf der Terasse gab es eine fürchterliche Wespenplage mit einem Wespennest, das nach 10 Tagen noch immer nicht gelöst wurde und viele Gäste gestört hat und auch vor Ort reklamiert wurde. Es waren auf jedem Tisch durchschnittlich 4-5 Wespen, was den Apetitt sehr gestört hat und man kaum entspannend essen konnte. Am kleinen Pool und auf den Liegen waren ebenfalls Dutzende Wespen und viele Gelsen, sowie Wespen schwimmend im Poolwasser, was zu einem Verschlucken sehr gefährlich sein könnte. Vom Pool habe ich bereits nach 15 Minuten einen starken Ausschlag bekommen und meine Freundin hatte ebenfalls einen starken Juckreiz, obwohl wir jeden Sommer in zahlreichen chlorhaltigen Pools schwimmen. Sämtliche Reklamationen waren der Chefin gleichgültig und am Ende wurden wir sogar beleidigt. Die Zimmer werden schlampig gereinigt, in der Ortschaft leben laut Google Stand nicht mehr als 1000 Einwohner und sie ist extrem langweilig und klein. Ohne Auto ist man dort auch sehr verloren und die nächsten Restaurants & Supermärkte sind zu Fuß im Schnitt ca. eine Stunde entfernt. In der Ortschaft gibt es nur einen Mini Supermarkt (Kreisler) mit dem Nötigsten. Diese Unterkunft ist vollkommen überteuert und seinen Preis nicht wert.

An especially elegant property with exceptional amenities, including a breathtaking pool, Jacuzzi, and a fabulous breakfast. Highly recommended.

Splendide établissement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont très belles et confortables. Accueil d'une gentillesse extrême. Patronne au petit soin. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!!

Superbe séjour passé au château Autignac. Une décoration contemporaine, épurée, chambre impeccable et un silence absolu. Magnifique extérieur, un spa avec vue sur les jardins et une dégustation de vins bio où l'on a pas vu l'heure passer ! L'accueil est très agréable, le personnel sympathique et passionné, le petit-déjeuner sous la verrière excellent avec des produits frais et de saison. Nous avons en prime été très bien conseillés pour un restaurant à proximité dans lequel nous nous sommes régalés. Bref, à recommander les yeux fermés !
