拉斯克魯塞斯梅西亞谷拉昆塔溫德姆飯店(La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces Mesilla Valley)

The room had nothing but two towels and a roll of toilet paper. NOTHING ELSE. They might be in the process of renovating… I hope that’s the case… But nothing was mentioned. In my travels over the last year I had begun to appreciate La Quinta returning to being a pleasant and safe motel as they were when the chain opened. Definitely not theCase with this property. The worst part was the fact that the door lock mechanism was loose and broken on the inside! Along with very poor lighting on the property.

Room was clean but hallways were filthy. Outside trash cans were overflowing and never emptied during our stay. Fitness center is small but has brand new equipment. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Shower was standard, however it had great pressure and was nice and hot. Overall, its a decent place to crash, but nothing special.

I expected a higher standard after staying at other La Quinta Inns. This property was run down and did not feel very inviting. The first room that we were assigned was away from the main property and was dark, smelled bad, and guest were playing loud music. The second room in the main building felt very sterile with white floresent lights. Would not recommend this property.

I can't telll if this place is falling apart or slowly being rebuilt after having fallen apart?  Either way it's a mess and you don't want to see what's behind some of the closed off areas or think about what could have made those stains in the carpet.  I'm sure the grassy area around the pool hasn't seen a gardener since the Bush administration, that would be Bush as in HW, not even W.  The staff are trying but not sure they could evenspell professional.  Be prepared to wait for any sort of service and when it does happen, be prepared for some off-color language.  It's a nonsmoking hotel but how does that help when guests are smoking skunk**** right outside your room and the smell comes in through the HVAC?  Yuck.  But at least there is free breakfast right?  Wrong.  "Our fridge took a crap on us and we won't have breakfast until it gets fixed" was the helpful response.  See what I mean about colorful language?  After this conversation, the night clerk made a sign to alert guests about breakfast but I found it lying on the floor and had to pick it up and put it on the counter.  The hardest working person I saw was the deskman's girlfriend who was just hanging around and apparently cleaning rooms for free waiting for her boyfriend to get off work.  Really too bad because at one time this was obviously a really nice hotel and I imagine the staff were well trained.  I later learned that the owner was siphoning off the profits from this property and putting that inves**ent into his oth

I would like a refund, there was used dirty towels in bathroom, the shower head was full of lime calcium and so the pressure was a very little stream have to take a 30 to 40 minutes shower just to get my whole body, and hair washed, there was no microwave or refrigerator in which I had to put my insulin to stay cold, there was only one roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex box available, there was a smell of funk and very red stained carpets that looked and smelled horrible.

Old and dirty hotel. The staff at the front desk is rude. We booked a room with 1 king and pay more for that, once arrived at the hotel, our room was not available and we got a room with 2 double! From the room, you can hear the neighbors alarm at 3am and the water of the shower... Don't book here. Yes it is a cheap hotel but for the price, it is possible to find something else.

The pool was not open for the days we were there. Apparently they were working on it. My room was what I paid for. The person that I talked to said they were upgrading us to a different room. I don’t think so. There was no view to anything. They also don’t do housekeeping u less you ask for it. Never heard of such a thing. Also they didn’t have any body soap. Never again will we stay there.

Reserve y se tardaron casi una hora en darme las habitaciones, al entrar a las habitaciones una no tenía luz, las dos no tenían Shampoo, jabón para bañarte, crema nada y el aspecto que me dio era de sucio

Rates were ok.. service was poor I booked a king suite an ended up with a room with two doubles.. employee said there weren’t any king suites available but yet the parking lot was empty at 10pm.. go figure.
