拉斯帕爾馬斯飯店

Fabulous hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great location, just one block from santa Catalina park, over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are stunning and very well appointed, lovely big showers, plenty of hanging space etc. The only slight improvement that could be made is the air conditioning, it's not the greatest and my particular room was particularly warm but reception did give me an extra card so I could leave the electricity on when I left the room and this helped a lot, it took about 24 hours but eventually the temperature came down sufficiently. The roof top bar has some stunning views and is a great place to relax with the drink, the bar staff are great, helpful and friendly an make a pretty good mojito too. The roof top solarium on the other side of the roof could do with a little improvement in terms of furniture but the view is still great and the little pool is a great place to cool your feet after a busy day sight seeing. Breakfast is of very good quality, small selection of hot items but lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices etc etc, again the staff here are all friendly and helpful, as they are on reception too. This is a city center hotel and there is no view from many of the windows, mine overlooked a neighbouring apartment block (only a few feet away across a slim courtyard) some look out into an internal courtyard, but the staff, the location and the size and quality of the rooms definitely make up for this and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore this beautiful island.

We’ve stayed here a number of times recently and it doesn’t improve. As a bonvoy platinum member I try hard to stay at Bonvoy properties whenever they are available. This one just doesn’t cut it. Staff at front desk are never friendly or accommodating. The wifi is absolutely awful and really, the rooms are very small. The only upgrade ever offered to us (over 3 stays this winter) was to a higher floor. Really disappointing.

My partner and I stayed here for a week at the end of February for my birthday. The hotel did not advertise that they would be shutting down the rooftop bar when the carnival was taking place . Not only were we kept up each night carnival was on due to people partying and loud music we couldn’t even access a drink. No bar facilities were provided . Very disappointing when you are there for your holidays . I have given the hotel two stars , this is for the staff who couldn’t of been kinder , however management have let them selfs down by closing facilities for private functions and taking hotel bookings at the same time . Please note this hotel does not have a restaurant, and I would only advise you to book this for business not holidays . The pool does not open till 16.30 and you can not change the temperature of your room as they have locked the AC

The first room had two single beds shoved together. We asked for a double bed “cama matrimonial” and we’re given a second room that was completely inacceptable. The door was broken, it wouldn’t shut properly, the shower door sealant was half off, the toilet would flush, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the soap dispenser was broken. The front desk arranged for us to have an acceptable room which was an upgrade and completely functional. However it took 2 room changes and when they moved our things they tossed a half bottle of premium red wine. And to be fair, they offered a second bottle of decent wine, but why toss our wine?

Getting off the Club Med 2 ship I walked with my luggage to your beautiful hotel, KA-POW! My room had views of the docks, the restaurant on the 23rd floor had incredible views and impeccable service. The swimming pool on the 25th floor was nice, just right for a little dip. Thank you Elizabeth who checked me in, I walked in stressed and left refreshed and happy. Your English is excellent and your kindness was much appreciated. A good haircut helped too, there are many salons and massage places in walking distance. I enjoyed sitting at a few sidewalk cafes, walking around and window shopping. The beach was a an eight minute walk and the dock was a three minute walk. Thank you to Manuel who checked me out and helped me with my luggage. I highly recommend this hotel.
