This hotel was pretty clean, but the bed felt like a cardboard box. Also, I informed the hotel I would be checking in with a pet but was not told until arrival that there would be a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. In addition, when I got my bank statement after my stay, I was charge $140 instead of $100 with no explanation.

We paid a full 9 days stay, not once did we get a cleaning, I had to constantly call for clean towels. On 2 occasions i spoke to a manager and she promised a cleaning ever 3 days never happened. Waisted 45 dollars on washer and dryers were not working . Very frustrating as i had to leave to look for dryers at 9pm. Trashes were full around the clock outside the buildings. Payed an additional 160$ for parking that i never was informed about! Horribly services representative in front desk. Horrible experience we wont be back!

Loved everything about it. Friendly staff. Rooms are great! Spacious. Included breakfast is an added bonus and has a great selection. Convince of having a kitchen in your room so you can make home cooked meals and enjoy not eating at a restaurant or having take out. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The front desk lady we first encountered thought I had skipped ahead of people while checking in. We got in line behind the people already in the lobby. The lady behind us came walking in and asked if we were in line, I told her yes and she got in line behind us. We got to the counter and the front desk lady told us she would check us in after the other people in the lobby. I didn’t understand and moved out of the way. When I seen her check in the lady behind us, I asked he why we couldn’t get check in, this lady was behind us. She told us again we needed to wait. Finally the manager came out and the lady told her we were next in line, as she seen we had gotten there before her. So, I don’t understand why the one thought we got ahead of people who got there behind is. It was not cool and unpleasant.

The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming! Our flight was delayed and the hotel staff gave us a late checkout.. without any charge. Breakfast was delicious… and property is nice. I would definitely recommend for families with young children.

Over-all good stay! A few items to note! Booked thru ******* and only learned parking isn’t free. Had to pay extra during check-in. parking price per day is different from the publish rate on the welcome info via the room TV.
