拉斯維加斯希爾頓度假俱樂部坎昆度假飯店(Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas)

I booked the hotel and paid online for 445.12 and when I check in front desk ask me to pay $300 and now I came back I got charged $558.72 from the hotel. I'm not sure what is this but if there is hidden fee please let the customer know this, this was my business trip and I need to process my invoice for business travel. this does not help me at all. paying twice for same hotel. from online and at the hotel. I even told the front desk man I paid online.

Overall we had a very good time because the Pool is amazing 🤩 but we had some issues with the AC . But I recommend the hotel

Worst service ever received by this resort. Especially from Michelle at the front desk. We called to report things missing such as dishes, kitchen towel, dish soap and her response was that resort was completely full and their staff were doing their best and to expect the worst due to the holiday weekend.

Everything about this hotel was either dirty or unprofessional, from concierge to sales staff for their fantastic fake tour to see the equally dingy remodeled rooms and the pushy hilton rewards program and a presentation that started off at 29k put forth by a lady who says she has to have a new bmw every year, and when we asked to leave they wouldnt let us for nearly 2 hours for need of being signed out in which they gave us five more pitches 3 of which were after my wife told the lady she wanted to leave overtly, it was similar to being interrogated by the police, not under arrest, but not free to go either. Terrible start to a "resort" vacation. I was there 5 days and didnt even get in the water due to it all just being soured for me. I didnt want to give them the satisfaction. My trip was non refundable so my options were check out and blow another $800 on a hotel for the remainder of my stay. Would not recommend this establishment and it sincerely gave me a bad taste for hilton as a whole.

The hotel itself wasn't too bad, the room was clean.. my real issue was the attitude of the concierge. Her name was Anna and she tried to get me to sign up for a timeshare and when I wasn't interested because I had spoken to a couple guests at that hotel who had told me that timeshare is there are terrible, she decided to tell me that since, I can't think for myself and other people have to make the decisions for me, maybe I shouldn't be there. I did try to report it to a manager but they seemed unfazed and weren't even interested
