愛裡亞天空套房飯店(Aria Sky Suites)

It is really unfortunate that the training of the employees is not suitable for the hotel. Even though the check-out time is 11 o'clock, the cleaners come in at 9:30 and come in without knocking into the room to check and they check the refrigerator at 10 o'clock. . And when I asked for a service man Coke at the vip bar, he pointed his finger at the refrigerator and told me to take it out. This kind of service is something that really cheap neighborhood motels wouldn't do.

ARIA Sky Suites is a very nice hotel. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the ****** is great. There are a few reasons I would not give it 5 stars. The lounge with snacks is just okay. We have stayed at many other hotels with club rooms and/or lounges. This one was lacking. It only had two or sometimes three varieties of snacks. There was a variety of beverages but no alcohol. It was quite small. We had the two bedroom penthouse suite. It was perfect for us. It was a large and spacious suite. The bathrooms were large and great. (The toilet paper was not great. At a hotel like this I would expect better). We were supposed to have turn down service but only had it the first night and not the other nights we were there. After traveling quite a bit I do not think this hotel was worth the money we spent.

Aria Sky Suites are pure luxury. The check in process is smooth, easy and quick. The Sky Suites lounge has all the drinks and snacks you need and are so convenient. The rooms are amazing. We stayed in the Sky Suites Penthouse and it was by far the nicest room EVER! The staff is amazing. You will not be disappointed if you stay in a Sky Suite!

Accommodation is why we always return to Aria Sky Suites. Unfortunately this stay there was an issue with the pick up, we were left waiting outside 30 mins without a driver. Not ideal after a 13 hour travel day. The concierge added F&B credit which was appreciated. The resort was fully booked so we got a two bedroom suite. The lounge is small but nice. I don’t like how you have to ask for wine, we were never offered. The location of the pool is awkward and it was too cold to enjoy. The sky pool area will no longer be exclusive to Sky suite guests which I think is a mistake. Regardless we enjoyed our stay

The Sky Suites are our favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. The check in is easy and the staff are helpful. Our room was comfortable and had every amenity you could want. We can’t wait to visit again.

The Aria Sky Suites are just awesome. We've stayed in various MGM property suites, and find Aria Sky Suites are the nicest, most modern, and well appointed. The service is over the top. Friendly and helpful, not pretentious. The staff truly makes you feel comfortable. I'm bummed they are doing away with the limo transportation unless you book a two-bedroom suite, but hopefully Aria Sky Suites will realize saving a few pennies on this benefit isn't worth it. We don't always need a two-bedroom suite. The penthouse suite we had was cleaned to perfection and offered all the latest amenities and features. The Toto toilet is great. LOL. The housekeeper was attentive and even used my name. I highly recommend Aria Sky Suites.

Our last stay at the Sky Suites was pre-covid, and it was a great pleasure to stay there again. We stayed for 4 nights while we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. I need to start with a BIG SHOUT OUT to the staff for providing some welcome goodies during our stay that added to our celebration. Very much appreciated. Thanks a bunch for that. A pleasant surprise was that our suite appeared to have been remodeled since our last visit and was in immaculate condition. Super-clean and kept that way by the housekeeping staff. Due to the heat outside, we spent quite a bit of time in our suite and really enjoyed it. We went to the Sky Suite pool twice and found it to be quite crowded compared to previous visits, but the level of service was still outstanding. Loved the stay and will stay there again i the future.

Excellent amenities and location within the hotel. Staff and cleanliness was great! Separate pool, elegant lounge with snacks and drinks, sweet views from the room, & comfy beds. Can’t wait to return.
