拉斯維加斯亨德森舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites Henderson - Las Vegas)

We stayed there for 3nights. Wifi didn't work all three days and response was we are working on that. Hotel says breakfast included but same thing all 3 days same thing we are not getting our supplies.when complain about this the response was thanks for your feedback and concern but we can not do anything.

Showed up on ******* as a pet friendly site never checked in call before for told me they don’t take no pets . I was only out here to help a friend who’s motorhome burnt to the ground! The woman who answered the phone, very rude and unhelpful.. will contest the charge with my bank.. I believe the third-party sites and the hotel deliberately take a vantage of the elderly by predatory booking practices.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Manger Diamond is out to make it as difficult as possible to check in. I called the property the day before my family arrived to make sure that they would be able to check in and replace my card for the room rate and deposit without me having to be there. I was told yes. Pretty standard, but I had to ask. Before my family even arrived in town I received a call from the property to tell me that they had to run a credit card for check in BEFORE 4pm or they would have to release the rooms. I thought that was strange considering I was under the impression you could check in anytime after the check in time like any other hotel. She told me she needed to speak with someone to take their payments over the phone to secure the room before 4pm. As strange as it was I told her I would have them call her back shortly if that’s what she needed. To my total shock I receive a call from my brother a few minutes later saying that someone named Diamond was threatening to cancel the reservation saying that one of us would need to be there in person with ID before 3PM now to secure the room because she was sure we were committing fraud? Excuse me? Very long story short she was completely unreasonable about the whole thing and extremely rude to us for no reason whatsoever. How can someone like this lead a customer service team? No other hotel I booked for my family this weekend asked this of us or treated us this way. Never staying here ever again.RUINED my weekend.

The room we got first was extremely loud due to some machinery on the roof. Front desk woman (not a lady) very unfriendly and did not stand for customer friendliness was not really helpful. After some complaints she came and was surprised of that noise. We got another room, which was a bit better, but the change took about 2 hours of our time. No recommendation to go there.
