完美快捷飯店(Perfect Inn Motel)

I don't know where to start. This Motel when I checked in I found out that it was prepaid which I don't remember doing and I paid almost $400 for two nights and by the looks of this hotel it's not worth paying $50 a night. I booked it because it stated it had a kitchen and I opened the door no kitchen and I couldn't even get a face cloth because they said they didn't have any. The sink wasn't working so I went back to the front desk so they can fix that or just give me a refund. The lady at the desk actually said I was due some money back cuz I paid too much for the room. They contradicted their self a lot. And that Friday night was the worst they had people that stayed up making noise all night and if they wasn't making noise they had the people in the Next Room smoking right outside my door which this is supposed to be non-smoking. This went on most of the night to the daytime. I mean every 10 minutes the man and the girl were coming out smoking and I know you wasn't supposed to be smoking right outside my room. I couldn't wait to get up out of there. Do yourself a favor don't come there unless you really desperate. I saw a lady walk right off the street no luggage no nothing saying oh do you have a room available. If you see this Motel running the opposite

Every person that works here that I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. Sadly, that's where the positives end. They may have air conditioning, mini fridge, microwave, and TV... but I had unwelcome guests and the room stank. It's a bit of a roach motel. They moved me to a different room immediately though, so I am thankful for that. The second room I was about to be moved to ALSO had roaches though. Luckily 3rd room didn't... but I noticed not all the rooms are built the same. First room looked like it was constructed by novices. Third room felt like any old hotel room. Parking here is always available, but it is not extremely convenient to get in and out.

The room was so incredibly filthy that we check out within a couple minutes. I wish we could have our money back. The bed wasn't made, dirty sheets, dirty pillows no blanket except an old extra one laying at the foot of the bed. The bed was very old and worn out. this seemed like a hobo flop house. After sitting on the bed (which my wife refused to even do that) I felt itchy. I have slept in foxholes that were cleaner.

The staff was very nice but the neighbors next to me appeared to live there and they were up all night long with people coming and knocking on the doors in the middle of the night not sure what was going on but the inside of the rooms was very clean

Dont expect your deposit back. Dishonest very dishonesty

The house of the tiny washbasin, you need a straw to brush your teeth. Since the moment I arrive to the parking lot I felt depressed when I entered the room there’s only 2 towels, the worts experience in Vegas. Don’t even think to stay at this cheap a..s motel.

Little soap not enough for 2 people No cups in rooms Only 2 bath towels for everything Paid too much money for zero comfort No iron for clothes
