蒙特勒莎啦啦飯店(Tralala Hotel Montreux)

Die Zimmer sind etwas beengt, aber sauber und für Einzelnächte (kleines Gepäck) durchaus ausreichend. Sehr gut: freundliches Personal + gutes Frühstück + tolle, interessante Umgebung Preise: halt leider Schweizer Niveau, was will man machen!

Das Zimmer war sauber, klein aber fein. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Hotel ist in einem Altstadt Quartier oberhalb des Lac Léman ein Parkhaus befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. Am Ufer ist man in 10min wieder hinauf geht natürlich etwas länger. Zum Frühstück gibt es alles was man sich vorstellt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Feeling like a Rockstar - hoch über dem Genfersee. Das Haus liegt, weitab des quirligen Trubels rund um den See, in der Altstadt Montreuxs. Dennoch ist man in knapp zehn Minuten im Zentrum und am See. Im ganzen Haus gibt es kleine Dinge rund um das Montreux Jazz Festival zu entdecken - mal verspielt, mal lustig und immer mit einem Augenzwinkern. Das Zimmer bot genügend Platz, war jedoch unerträglich heiss und die Sauberkeit hat wirklich zu Wünschen übrig gelassen. Auch die „Fernseher“ sollten so langsam mal grösseren Modellen weichen oder sie gar gänzlich wegnehmen. Hardware TOP, bei der Software gilt es jedoch noch dran zu arbeiten.

#1 This hotel does not have air conditioning. Their address (Rue du Temple 2) does not correspond to their hotel entrance, which is one street over. The sign at the published address says that it's a night entrance only, and no one answers the door. The front desk had limited language skills, which was disappointing for an international city like Montreaux. I couldn't get questions answered about my stay because of it. I didn't get the room I booked. The room was very small, even for European standards, and would not have been comfortable for two adults. There is a single luggage rack [that was damaged and didn't stand upright], and no closet. The room was clean and the bathroom had good towels and toiletries. There was a 30cm oscillating fan for air circulation and the blackout curtains were oddly 50cm from the window, so hot air was still able to enter the room. The wifi worked, I didn't try the television, and the lockbox was not functional. Despite advertised features, I didn't get the Riviera Card, the bottled water in the room, or the welcome drink, all of which are selling points in 30C weather. Between lack of refreshment and lack of air conditioning, it was a very uncomfortable stay. Tralala is only a 2-star hotel. I'd rate the value at 0.5 out of 5, comfort 1 out of 5, and location 3 out of 5. There are other options nearby, all of which would be a better stay. I would not stay here again, even if they offered a free night.

Room was infested with bed bugs. First night was OK but second night was miserable. I informed front desk promptly at checkout. They just waived 20 CHF. No other intention or effort to remediate the problem. Avoid it

Fint opphold i bra og stille område med flere koselige kafeer og restauranter i nærheten. Dyrt for størrelsen og hva man får, men ingen negativer utover prisen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Montreux! Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb, man ist aber trotzdem sehr schnell am See unten. Schade war, dass es keine Hotel-Parkplätze hatte, obwohl dies so geschrieben war. In der Nähe hat es allerdings ein kostenpflichtiges Parking. Frühstück war einfach dazubuchbar und lecker. Tolles Ambiente dort!
