Geared to backpackers/campers. Pretty sp**** unless you have been in the wilderness for awhile. Clean and good downtown location.

Very late check-in, very noisy all night, mold in the shower, tiny room and the heater turns on every 20min it sounds like a jet engine.

Be aware there's no front desk or any apparent host you can rely if you have issues. I had no problem, but still for the price is something unexpected. Room is below average (again, based on the price), HVAC is noisy, everything can be charged. And of course there's a "resort fee" for things you won't use.
In short, I spent in one night at the hotel the same I spent in three nights in Seattle (walk distance from everything) with greater comfortable and enjoyable experience.
