🚗 交通:離火車站和利茲大學都很近,有很好的停車位。位置比較隱蔽,沒有明顯的標誌物,所以私隱性也很好。(地址:LS1 5JW) 🔔服務:前台很有禮貌,需要身份證件(一般都不需要)按金200GBP,五星酒店大堂服務 🧹衞生:比較乾淨,可能有些陳年污漬沒法解決 🍃環境:是一家比較好的酒店公寓,設施配備齊全。可能需要注意不要把風扇放在外面,顯得房間比較宂雜

Sadly a disappointing stay, our room was more than a little tired & very dirty. On raising with reception we were told the hotel had been open 8 years as a way of excuse for the state of the room, further told there was no housekeeping available to replace towels/gowns or clean the room which were both dirty on arrival. The hotel also has a mandatory £200 deposit which is taken from your account on arrival. Disappointing stay and feel mis sold, more 2-3* than 5*.

Beautiful little studio apartment. Very clean, nice bedding, comfy mattress. Elegant decor and great bathroom. All amenities you would expect. So central - a bit noisy so you will need to close windows. But you are central on the Headrow so it’s what you would expect. I would recommend and will be back.

We stayed here for 1 night as part of our date night, it was just supposed to be a little bit of comfort to enjoy after our day out We were not disappointed! The bed was so so comfy!! I was trying to find the labels to see where the bedding was from 🤣 It was quiet, no issues with noise even been so close to the headrow It was spotless and beautifully presented when we arrived and it was nice to have the extras like nibbles and Nespresso The chap on reception was very welcoming (sorry I didn't catch his name,) but was lovely to chat to when checking in All in all if I could afford to do this again I would in a heartbeat

Considering the price of the room for one night, alongside a mandatory £200 security deposit, we expected a lot more than what we got. Upon arrival our room was nice. We stayed in suite number 303, it was set out really nicely so we decided to relax a bit before getting ready to go out later that evening. The sofa in the room was really uncomfortable so couldn’t really relax. Instead I went to lay on the bed, where when I looked up was met with lots of cobwebs above my head. As I mentioned before, a £200 security deposit and almost £120 for one night I expected the cleanliness standards to be second to none. Went to go and take a shower, realised the bathroom lock did not work, and there was solidified tissue stuck to the ceiling of the bathroom. Turned the shower on and the only options were apparently scolding hot or freezing cold. We spent most of our evening taking pictures/videos of everything that was wrong with our hotel room worrying that they would think it was us and not get our £200 back. Went to make a cuppa and realised a panel in the kitchen was completely missing? Took me a while to fall asleep but once I did I was woken up multiple times at really early hours of the morning by lorries travelling up and down the small side road where the hotel is situated, unloading deliveries and emptying bottle bins at 5:30AM and then almost every hour til we had to check out at 11. This didn’t bother my partner as he is a heavy sleeper but it woke me up multiple times, meaning I did not have a good sleep whilst staying here. The staff we met on the reception were really lovely and the complimentary bath robes are decent, other than that I’m not sure we would stay again.

This is not a hotel, it’s an extended stay place where most of the residents were there for a long time, like months. The whole ambience was of a cheap extended stay place. The rooms were however newly renovated so that was okay. For example, there was no one at the reception after 6pm. One night, my card didn’t work and I was petrified, however luckily after a few tries it did. The rooms were being cleaned only once in 4 days. Thankfully after calling twice, they gave me a change of towels. The entrance itself is off a small shanty lane between the two buildings. And it took me 10 minutes to figure that out. Overall a cheap motel experience, avoid unless you are getting these rooms for a a real cheap price.

Studio Apartment room 301 was not in a state that we were at all happy with. Very stained carpets, walls and seating. Long thick black hairs on the sofa and bed. Knobs missing off drawers. Bathroom tap was delivering hot when set on the cold and visa versa. The kitchenette sink would ricochet tap water off the bottom of the sink and spay over you. The room was far too hot. Had to have the window open and fans on but the street noise, beer bottles being emptied, late night revellers, lorries etc. made it an unacceptable combination. The dishwasher smelt "off" and so I inspected the filter. (Wish that I had not) and seemed to have fresh blood stuck in it or if not then I have no idea what it was. The desk seemed only to be held up by the chair underneath it. It rocked from side to side with just a gentle nudge. I brought my concerns straight to the attention of the front desk who were polite and offered to get room service back but that was not going to fix the issues and was going to disrupted our stay even further. They also said that they could not provide an alternative room. At checkout we asked the management what they were going to do regarding our complaint. Their response was to offer 20% off our next visit. I explained that we had no intention of re-visiting. They responded by saying that if I wanted to complain formally then I would have to send a letter of complaint to them. I asked why when I had already made a verbal complaint the night before. Very disappointing.

The apartment was fine, but it was branded as “luxury” and didn’t meet expectations on that front. There were posh toiletries and a Brabantia bin, but otherwise it was quite basic. It was quite clean by pre-pandemic standards, but there was no evidence of any enhanced Covid cleaning - the hoovering had clearly been a rushed job as there was a hair ball by the side of the bed and sparkly bits on the floor. There didn’t appear to be air conditioning and the windows didn’t open enough to properly cool the room down. Cooking facilities were ok, but no microwave. We were also concerned by the apparent lack of covid-safe policies in these apartments. There were no signs about social distancing/wearing masks in communal areas, and the reception staff member was not wearing a mask. There was a sign about “limited reception hours due to covid” but without ventilation, mask wearing, distancing, and enhanced cleaning this seemed odd and unjustified. Finally, there seemed to be little consideration for the environment. There was no information about what to do with recycling, just waste bins in the room (we brought our recycling home), and toiletries were provided in little plastic bottles. This seems unacceptable in 2021 - I’m sure there would be a way to use refillable bottles and provide recycling facilities for the kitchen waste. To summarise, nothing terrible, but this really wasn’t luxury and should be marketed as a basic place to stay with appropriate price tag.

No Air conditioning, the room was extremely hot, the windows only open 2 inches due to health and safety, we did have a fan, but it just blew hot air around the room. If it had air con, or it was winter I would stay again
