利哈伊感恩點SpringHill Suites 飯店(SpringHill Suites Lehi at Thanksgiving Point)

For the most part the hotel and room were ok. The part we really disliked was the sofa bed mattress had multiple visible urine stains. Since it is a pet friendly hotel it was hard to determine if they were animal or human urine. Regardless very unpleasant and for the nighty price this is unacceptable. The staff was friendly at all times and checking in was easy.

We just found the configuration of the room not to be user friendly. Lighting was poor in the living area and the bathroom area was annoying. Beds and pillows were excellent and the thermostat was easy to use and regulate. Breakfast during the week was inadequate but the weekend was very good. Definitely clean and well maintained.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Everything I needed for a short business trip. Only issue I had was some flakiness with the television service. Not a big deal, and the staff assured me it would be addressed before the next guest.

Loved the property, very clean, quiet, staff was great. Definitely need softer pillows. I had to sleep on the blanket. Pillows are to hard. But other than that it was absoutely great.

Excellent service at reception, attentive employees. Breakfast should have more variety, room cleaning was fine Thursday, the other days they didn't make the beds, they didn't make coffee, they didn't clean the area.

Todo súper bien excepto que no limpiaban el cuarto todos lo días había que pedir toallas limpias pero los empleados del front desk muy amables !!!!

This is our second stay here. Close to the outlets and Thanksgiving Point.

This place was pretty good, the rooms are getting a little bit dated but the location is convenient. It’s not your typical Springhill suites but it was still a good stay. The breakfast is subpar and needs some more options.

I liked staying here and the area is awesome. The staff was quiet, but there was no problem. It was clean and neat.
