萊斯特普瑞米爾客棧 - 林東(Premier Inn Leicester (Forest East))

The hotel was good but the problem was the cleaner who stole my brand new iPhone charger that I had just paid £40 for and then denied it. The staff I contacted wasn’t interested. I contacted them 4 times and each time I was told they would call back in 5 min. 5hr later I had to call back to be told that there is a sign in reception that says things left in your room are at your own risk and they have no responsibility. Nice to know that the staff can steal and get away with. I won’t be going back on a hurry that’s for sure

Double room booked. Hardly any space between the bed and the wall. Only small hanging space and no drawers. Tiny shelf in front of mirror, standing only, and a squeeze next to the bathroom door. Bathroom very small too, hardly any room to dry off after the shower. The washbasin tap output was very weak, took ages to fill the basin. Smallest unit (103) we've ever had in a Premier Inn.

Not sure what it was but for 2 hours this dreadfull banging nose coming from the pipes in the radiayor I think, kept me up, from 2am. Worst night sleep ever in a Premier Inn. Travel Loge, just a mile away, will be my choice next time I'm in the area.

Our experience at the Premier at Forest Park LFE was superb. The receptionist (Emma) went beyond the call of duty when we were faced with exceptional circumstances regarding my husband's health. We could not thank her enough. Despite the unfortunate circumstances we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Loud music coming from the restaurant at midnight. The staff seemed to have their own party after they kicked everyone out. I have to leave early in the morning and this was not the good night sleep I was guaranteed. Well not use this location in the future.

Absolutely did stink in the corridors to the rooms an oitdated gotwl family rooms very overcrowded and the beds were very uncomfortable, nowhere was there any adjustments for people who could not climb stairs just told to change hotels and ask for refund. Not gr8

Lovely premier inn based in a convenient location. I’ve stayed in most premier inns throughout Leicester but what makes this one stand out the most is the staff, they couldn’t be more helpful, polite and friendly if they tried, nothing is too much to ask for and on more then one occasion they have gone out their way to help me with various things/needs. Also the bed and pillows you can’t beat and the rooms are always clean.

I stay at this Premier Inn around 10 times a month and it never disappoints...a home from home! Kasia and the team always give a warm welcome which makes this my No1 choice every time I'm visiting my Leicester office

Enjoyable stay once again, the first time for seven years. Usual friendly and helpful staff whatever we asked for during our stay, even though we found it somewhat strange that it was necessary to ask at reception if we wanted the room cleaned.
