Hyatt Centric Campestre Leon

Este hotel lo considero la mejor opción para hosped**** en León. Bonito, cómodo, habitaciones muy amplias. En esta ocasión me tocó personal de recepción muy poco capacitado y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien. Pero regresaría sin pensarlo.

It is a great hotel and the service is awesome. Unfortunately, when we arrived to the room we found out that the glasses in the room were dirty. We found out that they do not display all the information oye of rooms they have to offer on *******, like rooms with hot tub and terrace. In the other hand, they are very strict with late checkout options. We requested the checkout at 13:00 instead of 12:00 as it is established and they only gave us 12:30 as option with. O extra fee. If they could be a little more flexible will be very appreciated.

We had some situation at room 820: 1. phone did not work, there was no way to order suite service. 2. Room was not cleaned on August 27th, despite we ask for the service, at 9:00 pm they send maids to clean the room. 3. No safety on room. 4. Shampoo and conditioner very low quality, and very tiny. 5. Dirty Balcony

NO FACTURAN Te hacen pagar todo via la aplicación, no te habilitan para que puedas reservar y pagar en la propiedad, eso hace que no te puedan facturar y te arruina todo fiscalmente. No vuelvo a quedarme aqui por lo mismo a pesar de que me encanta el hotel. Procesos ineficientes.

Han dejado de darle mantenimiento, la regadera mal, tienen un tema con las toallas, sucio, el aire no funcionaba bien ni en el cuarto ni en el gym, el servicio de los meseros muy deficiente, la recepción muy raro que metieran en lo que que supone sistema los datos de mi tc independiente de la terminal de tarjeta. Una lástima años anteriores era sin duda un gran Hotel. Definitivsmente no nos volveremos a hospedar ahí.

Beautiful hotel! Great customer service! I added daily breakfast and was the best hotel breakfast by far with great selections! Rooms were nice, clean and beautiful! The beds were very comfy and with plenty of soft pillows. The restaurant had beautiful outdoor seating, very good cocktails and a great selection of other drinks, food also delicious! Overall Highly recommended!

Me cobraron mas caro que las tarifas del evento, me querían cobrar internet, tenia juntas por video llamada y no lo logre, los alimentos pasados, bebidas pésimas, falta de personal capacitado, no hay coordinación en la atención a clientes, cocina pésima, alimentos pasados, se quedaron con propinas no otorgadas. Desastre

Esta modérenos el hotel pero n se siente que estás en un hyatt le falta mucho al personal de recepción atenderte como c debe de ahí todo el hotel está bien las habitaciones muy bien y todos los servicios excelentes .
