施派爾休閒飯店(Leisure Inn Spires)

我不會說這很好，但它很公平。 這裡的一切都很平常，沒有什麼驚喜。 如果我再來藍山，我一定會選擇另一家。

房間很臭，門很吵，房間很舊，需要全面翻新。淋浴間沒有通風，只好打開遮陽窗讓蒸氣散發出去。浴室窗戶開著燈時，隱私很少。床和枕頭有污漬。

The room had a stagnant smell,luckily we brought Glen 20 spray Key for the room is very tight and hard to access,should be checked by a locksmith or re key. Lounge was very itchy, may have mites, cushion covers needs to be washed more often, we had to place a blanket over the lounge. The neighbour complained of the door banging when we had a visitor, unfortunately her hands were full on entering and the door slipped. I noticed there are no rubber stoppers around the door frame which will cause a loud bang each time it is closed. There was also no soap or liquid soap on the other room we entered, i mentioned this to the reception when we left, overall the accommodation is great for value and location but attention to detail will make it more attractive for us to return. Reception was very helpful and friendly.

Even though this is a 1 star review, I want to make clear that the customer service was exceptional. This is advertised as 4 star accommodation. I fail to see how this is met. The condition of the room is disgusting and appalling. Mold, Pain on curtains (at least i hope it is paint), lumpy bed, and gross bathroom. Only the light on the mirror works (not on the roof) so showing at night is not recommended.

Great location if you are travelling to The Blue Mountains by train and using The Blue Mountain Explorer Bus to get around, which I highly recommend. The property is spacious, very clean and warm with a lovely balcony and comfy beds. The chairs are a little worn. There are stairs to the upper level, but no lift, if the stairs are an issue you can request a ground floor room when booking. The property is at the top of Leura Mall so very close to restaurants, shops and there is a Woolworths close by too. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend Leisure Inn Spires.

Great apartments, for 8 mature ladies , well serviced , plenty of room and everyone had a bed , one had electric blanket , good heating , within walking distance to shops , plus a good restaurant across the street , the Bunker we have stayed here before and always come back

Two night stay. No lift, lots of stairs. Missed that on the website! Laundry appliances not clean, filter on Drier dreadful. General cleaning very average, container of handwash not filled, Ice formed in tray in fridge, very dirty, had to be removed. Front door security failed on first afternoon, could not be repaired over the weekend, rendering the garage insecure. Reception staff on book in very good. Location very good at head of mall, walking distance to everything.

We chose their 1 bed apartment, featuring a large lounge/dining area & kitchen, together with a modern spacious bathroom & bedroom - the only negative was the bed was Queen size rather than King but the bed itself was excellent, and the room is offers reverse cycle airconditioning, and oil column heaters, so we were always warm during a very brisk 4 days where the temperature dropped to below 5c overnight. Leisure Inn is located at the top of Leura, opposite the train station & The Bunker restaurant, which is an excellent option for breakfast or lunch, and Leisure Inn, is within easy walking distance of all local restaurants, bars & shops. The rooms are not serviced every day, but clean towels are provided on request every day Room rates offer very good value, and if you join their membership club, you save 10% on the room rates. The front of desk staff are friendly & professional, and there is plenty of off-street parking, including gated secure parking. We will definitely return to Leisure Inn on our next getaway to the Blue Mountains.

We enjoyed our stay at Leisure Inn Spires. The location in Leura is excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Having undercover and security parking was a big plus for me as I am passionate about my car. The only negative thing I will say is that we wanted to book three nights at the end of September to see the Garden festival but the cost of approx $950 was beyond me and too excessive
