Mathieu la personne a l’accueil est toujours souriant, très professionnel et près des clients ! C’est l’une des raisons de mon retour à cet hôtel ! Service inégalé ! Quand on se sent bien on revient ! Bravo à toute ’équipe de cet hôtel !! Étant habitué des hôtels je pense c’est ce qui fait la différence !!!

The hotel is right off the TransCanada Hwy, is very quiet and clean with a great restaurant to eat at without leaving the hotel. There is walkable access to a couple of other dining options and 5 minute walk from a grocery store.

Hotel location is ideal for anyone site seeing around Quebec. It is easy to get to, many stores around. The front desk staff are organized and pleasant. Check in and out is very quick. the two queen beds are ideal for a family of four. Although they save space, the farm doors on the washroom do not give the privacy one needs. Work out room is sufficient for daily work out needs, we used it daily. The swimming pool was not used however looked to be enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful with many options for all. Although it is not large, it has a good flow

It was a spur of the moment decision to travel from Toronto to Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec with my son. With Quebec being the last stop of this trip, the Hampton Inn is definitely the best hotel we stayed in the last 3 nights. At both the check in and check out time, the concierge's friendliness, attitude and smile are simply perfect. People were telling me that for non-French speaking travellers to visit Quebec might not be as pleasant of an experience and I can attest that this is absolutely not true, at least not at this Hampton Inn. Even during breakfast time, one of the staff proactively helped me in making fresh waffles and they were all so friendly. The room was also nice. In particular, the lighting in the washroom is much better than those in the last two nights (and the hotel rate for the last two nights were much higher too). The tidiness of the room, the cleanliness of the bedsheets, all the little things show that the management has put in extra effort to make sure the travellers will have a comfortable stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice and comfortable hotel during your travel.

J'ai trouvé .10 sous la patte de la chaise. Donc, quelqu'un a testé si il ou elle déplace les meubles pour passer la balayeuse, mais non sale. Quand on est entré ca sentait la vieille mope, c'est-à-dire quand vous avez une mope vieille elle sent très mauvais ou peut-être qu'il n'avait pas rincé sa vadrouille et ça faisait quelques chambres qu'il ou elle avait lavé avec. L'air climatisé bruyante et ou trop froid ou trop chaud. Je ne reviendrai pas. Manquait des verres dans la salle de bain aussi.

Hotel was nice, but there was zero sound proofing between the door and the hallway. When someone would walk by it sounded as though they were in our room. I've never experienced this at a hotel before. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. Also beware that they allow dogs. We could hear dogs barking on/off most of the night, but could not place where the barking was coming from so could not complain. Noise seemed to travel everywhere. Would not stay again.

Stayed here on our way to the east coast. Very clean and spacious rooms. The property is well maintained. We checked in quite late, but this was no issue and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is alright too, they could introduce some more cereal options and improve the oatmeal that is served as it was quite watery. Would definitely recommend this hotel regardless. Thank you!

This was a great find. The hotel is easily accessible off the TransCanada. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice and my daughter wife and I enjoyed a great swim after a long day on the road. There is a great restaurant attached to the hotel. Cochon Dinge has a great menu and the service was excellent, would definitely recommend it!
