We had an adjoining room. A family that checked in the room next door opened the adjoining door, as it wasn’t locked all the way. Their child also cried and screamed all night long and they had a barking dog with them as well. The walls are very thin!!

Hotels. Com site said $25 per charge. That was- big determinant on my hotel choice as that’s the max I want to pay when I’m just stopping for one night on the road. G when I got there. I already prepaid non refundable she said it was $40. I said I saw $25 on the site. She said they changed it and couldn’t care less when I showed it and said she looked on the choice hotels website and they’d changed it there. Bed hard as a rock. Room clean though. Really confusing layout. Was constantly getting turned around and having a hard time finding the lobby and elevator next time I’ll stay elsewhere. Staunton comfort inn nicer and a $15 per charge.

Room smelled like pee. $40 extra for a pet is ridiculous, other places only charge 20/$25. Very old hotel and rooms not sanitarily cleaned

Property desperately needs an update, mattresses slept about as good as surplus army cots. Staff were ok

Had a bit of a hard time finding the little turn-off road to take me to the entrance! Otherwise, my stay was excellent.

We travel with a cat the first room they put us in the smell was so bad we immediately asked for a different room, still a slight odor but not bad. Won't stay at comfort inn here again. Plus they charge $40 per pet. Most I've ever paid.

Hard to find, staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast room too many chairs, quite crowded.

There was no one at the front desk when I tried to check in. The shower area had incomplete repairs and moldy grout. There was a party in the room next to me until at least midnight.
