里爾的 3 星級飯店

位置離兩個車站都近，購物什麼的都非常方便。前天也很好，知道我早上很早走給我推薦了可以直接帶走的早餐。很方便。房間就是挺小的牀也挺小，不過這也沒辦法畢竟是快捷酒店類型。我也是趕忙住了一下。不過還是推薦的。酒店兩旁的餐廳酒店都有優惠券。

酒店位於市中心，步行一小會即可到達里爾老城，距新城也很近。酒店古色古香，牆上掛了很多好看的相片。房間乾淨舒適，我們的房價還包含歐陸早餐，選擇豐富。酒店員工都很樂於助人，我一定會再次入住的。無線網絡也很穩定，我們沒有碰到任何問題。我甚至還能免費打電話到英國呢。

Commençons par les points à améliorer: Nous n’avions pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain, tout de même étonnant pour un hôtel récent et les nécessités actuelles… Pas de fenêtres donc difficile d’aérer ! Chauffage verrouillé à 24*! Le Quartier peut-être un avantage en terme de mobilité mais pas très bien fréquenté, dont nous venons au point du Parking, l’hôtel n’en possède pas un, il y a des places extérieures, mais le nombres de vitres brisées vous passera l’envie de tenter l’expérience. Ce fut confirmé lors de la prise de chambre, nous avons donc opté pour le stationnement sous-terrain recommandé par le personnel (tout de même 8€ par tranche de 12h…). La douche est spacieuse et facile d’accès, malheureusement bouchée et fuite sur le flexible, ce fut signalé le matin et aucun changement ni chambre faite le jour suivant. Après remarque, l’hôtel a fait un geste commercial et nous les remercions. Les +: Récent dont en bon état Équipement qualitatif (literie, TV, mobilier). Petit-déjeuner très bien, finit les simples œuf bacon tout secs, désormais belle salade de fruit, produits de france privilégiés, viennoiseries bonnes…! Accueil sympathique par mesdames. Le hall spacieux est équipé de baby foot, fauteuils. Ayant séjourné dans des centaines d’hôtels, beaucoup de B&B, il y a des changements appréciables avec toujours un coût intéressant.

Stayed for a couple of nights in Calm Appart Hotel to be able to quickly move around to places by foot. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and a big shopping mall as well as many restaurants. Despite the occasional noise in the streets, it was very easy to ignore it by just closing the windows—isolation seemed to be on point. Another convenience was the parking space in a secured, covered building next to the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only point for improvement would be to have (third) beds that are not on wheels, because it was not very difficult to move the bed despite the wheels' brakes. Our stay was nonetheless a very good experience.

位置很好，就在弗朗的火車站旁邊，步行不到5分鐘。走路到歐洲火車站也就10多分鐘。從酒店到老城中心也就不到10分鐘。酒店門口有家樂福、有中餐館、西餐館。吃飯比較方便。酒店比較古老，比較乾淨，但是房間很小，歐洲酒店都是這樣的。

The area which the hotel is located in is an interesting mixture of part run down and part brand new buildings. The nearest underground station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel building itself is nice, especially the inside bit. Staff are friendly. (Comfort) room is small but well equipped, there’s even a coffee machine for your convenience. One evening there was a very putrid smell lingering on for a few hours, that wasn’t so nice. There was one big issue though. By check in they looked me dead in the eye and told me that there would be no housekeeping whatsoever. Niks. Nada. Nothing at all. Apparently that’s a directive from the French government (!?) because of COVID you see. Now I found nothing about said directive online and I have not experienced such thing in hotels as recently as last week; what I did find was that it is now Best Western’s very own policy these days. (So aforesaid excuse sounds very much like corporate bs to me.) Now I don’t know about you, but under the current circumstances I hoped they’d ramp up their cleaning policies instead of abandoning them completely. I hope they did find a way to clean the room after the previous guest before me, all they have to do is implement that process on a daily basis. If I wanted to take down garbage and make up the bed myself, I wouldn’t pay top dollar for a hotel room. Doctors and nurses must find a way to keep themselves and us safe in a much more exposed environment so a hotel should find a way too, especially because their business is depending on the cash we guests bring in.

由於火車罷工，我們在最後一刻需要救援時，我們在這裡住了一晚。通常乾淨、舒適的宜必思酒店，總是適合在城市短暫休息，但避開 105 號房間，wifi 令人震驚（宜必思一般都有很好的 wifi，因為我住過幾次），我稱它為小牢房，因為它是唯一的窗戶在天花板上不到一英尺長，如果我住了超過一晚，我會要求換一個新房間。自然光很差。但它乾淨舒適，一般宜必思標準，適合短暫停留。它在 Westfield 購物中心的馬路對面，如果你穿過購物中心，從車站步行更容易，谷歌地圖帶我們走了很長的路。這是一個很好的 10/15 分鐘步行距離市中心，漂亮的聖誕市場，步行距離內沒有餐館，除非你喜歡 Westfield 的美食廣場。工作人員很友好。我的抱怨是簽到！我們與一個大型教練派對同時到達，他的導遊做了他所有的大約。 50 位客人聚集在小登記區周圍，同時他喊出他們的名字並分發他們的鑰匙！他們在後面有一個巨大的座位區，我不知道為什麼導遊沒有把他的 50 位客人搬到那個區域，因為他喊出了每個人的名字並遞給他們鑰匙。我們不得不編織所有這些客人，以便在他的叫喊聲中辦理入住手續。

如果是坐火車到裏爾，喜歡泡吧，想體驗法國的老房子，性價比還是高的。重要景點都在附近，餐館眾多，還有大型家樂福。但如果是自駕，就請再考慮一下：裏爾市區單行道比雙行多得多，封路維修跟進博會前的上海有一比；他家的停車場在幾百米外，還得繞一大圈—建議把車現停到火車站的公共停車場，步行到他家問清楚停車場的位置，比較停車費后再定是否挪車。哦，如果碰到臨時封路，不要着急，找個路邊停車位，關掉導航，研究地圖。我能找到，你更能。

This hotel was a little off the beaten path, there wasn't really a bus line or metro stop close by. We felt like we walked so far to get to the ”sights”, even though we walked just as far in the other cities we visited on this vacation. That being said, there were lots of fun parks and areas to walk around in. The main square had lots going on. Our room was tucked away from the street, so we didn't have a lot of noise. There was no a/c, but the window had a rolling shutter that we closed during the day to keep out the heat. It was still very hot, especially to sleep. I guess I'm just that american that is used to the a/c! We made do, it wasn't a problem. The kitchen was well set up and had everything. The bathroom was large enough. The wifi worked well. There was a big wardrobe for clothes, the bed, a desk, and table with 2 chairs. We could have used a couple of tables by the bed though. The hotel front door used a key fob to open, so it seemed secure. All the staff was very friendly. The hotel was comfortable enough, but next time I will stay somewhere a little more central to where I want to be.
