Hyatt Centric San Isidro Lima

O hotel é novo é muito bom. O staff é atencioso e dedicado. Contudo, durante nossa estadia, permitiram festas privadas no rooftop, que atrapalhou nosso sono e sossego. Inacreditável a gerência permitir isso.

We spent eight nights at the Hyatt Centric, San Isidro and we felt like we were home. The staff was attentive and went beyond normal to make us feel special. Gianfranco who welcomed us when we arrived, took care of our needs, treating my wife and I to some birthday surprises and even a small token of Peru. Esteban and the other members who served at breakfast treated us, without asking, to lucuma, a wonderful Peruvian delight. Breakfast choices were incredible and the food was top notched, with a full buffet! We had a slew of cleaners, who replenished the room and made it welcoming each day after our day trips. The doormen were exceptional, helping us spot our Uber when required. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for quiet, away from the heart of the hustle and bustle, but still near enough to access and enjoy.

The hotel is located in the best area of Lima. It is 10 minute ride to many places. The hotel staff is friendly and offered information about tourism, restaurants, and all kind of information. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice location, quiet, convenient, very nice front desk staff however housekeeping was not good...every day we had to call to request replacement of coffee pods and water, wish the staff would pay more attention
