Το δωμάτιο φανταστικό και πολύ καθαρό με φανταστική θέα στην θάλασσα Το roof στον 12ο οροφο φανταστικό με πολύ ωραία κοκτέιλ. Θα ξανά έρθουμε σίγουρα

Not worth even 1 star. If you are looking for an hotel to stay in Limassol in the winter time make sure to bring extra blankets from home because their rooms don’t have heating option. I checked in for 1 night, I wanted to do a little get away and relax..NYX hotel limassol turn out to be a huge mistake. My room was freezing cold..it took them 2 hours to find out that there is no heating option on the AC, Only cooling..Isn’t AC supposed to do both? After not being able to stay there for the night otherwise I would wake up with hypothermia they didn’t want to refund my money(187€) and I got only some of the amount. No mention that the manager was rude and blame my pregnancy for the reason that I feel cold in a room which is opposite the sea on a windy Island middle of December..I stayed in many hotels in my life and I never experienced such a bad service to the guests. Like why are you working in a hotel if you hate people and especially pregnant women?

Endroit superbe! Nous avons bu un verre avec des amis au Rooftop devant un magnifique coucher de soleil ! le service était très bien et les cocktails très bons. Accueil parfait. L'emplacement est pratique . Parking en face Adresse à retenir

I got a room that looks over the balconies in the next building- only 2-3 meters away (see in the photo). There was no privacy, no fresh air. Cigarettes smoke came through the window. The room did not feel safe. In addition the wifi was not working in the room (it got disconnected every 2 minutes). I asked to move to another room several times and was told that there are no available rooms. Only when I got really upset - on my second day there at 5pm - they “remembered” that they do have another available room, yet offered no compensation for the inconvenience. In addition, when I asked if they have some in the menu for kids - they said they don’t, and that they can make half a dish - but it will cost same price as a whole dish (which obviously makes no sense…)

I had to move rooms twice in 3days due to issues. The hotel is new and there are so many dangers around the hotel and snagging that hasn’t been done. The staff are blunt and the GM Charalambos Paytis is extremely rude and unhelpful. Although all of the issues were accepted by Charalambos, all he would offer is a discount on my next stay. When I said that I wouldn’t necessarily be coming back to Cyprus, there was nothing more from him and he got up and walked off. I had issues with light switches not fixed properly and wires hanging out. The air conditioning unit knocked all night (room move 1) and then there was a huge water leak from the ceeling (room move 2)

A new and beautiful city hotel, with lots of colour and an amazing ambiance! Modern fully equipped rooms and the most comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly and always happy to assist you The food and desserts served at this hotel is just amazing , a big bravo to the Chef and pastry Chef!!

As expected. European size rooms. Valet parking €15 a night. Touch screen interface in room for lighting and air conditioning very finicky. AC does not stay on when you are out of the room and has to restart and start cooling again when you’re back, every time. Good breakfast. Nice but small rooftop pool.

The staff were soooo friendly and the manager made us feel so welcome. They treated us with respect and listened to what we needed. We ended up with joint rooms , close together as a family. And wait !!! The breakfast??? Show me a better place to have breakfast with more variety , and I’ll give you £100. Not far , 5 minutes walk. Go to eat at karmela !!! Middle east food. The best in all Limassol !!!! Thank me later !!!!
