老城區的公寓。設有屋頂游泳池。管道和隔音問題。如果這對您來說不是問題，那麼您可以留在其中。悠閒地步行 10 分鐘即可到達碼頭。工作人員很友好

Perfekt Business Hotel in "walking distance" zum Hafen und der Shopping Meile. In 5 bis 7 Minuten kann man den Hafen, Old Town und auch die Shopping Meile von Limassol zu Fuß erreichen. Große, helle Zimmer mit Balkon. Eine Küchenzeile im Zimmer und der Hotelpool auf der Dachterrasse runden das Angebot ab. Leider keine Hotelbar und Frühstück nur gegen Bezahlung auf das Zimmer. Aber sonst ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

The property was at excellent condition. The rooftop terrace and the pool was on the same floor as our room, couldn’t be better. The only small downside was the immediate neighborhood, which definitely isn’t walking-friendly. On the other hand, the old town and port are nearby and easily reachable by foot once one get by the nearest blocks

Positive :
- Room is wonderful well designed
- Bed perfect and very big!
- Fridge put inside the furniture and covered so we don't hear it by night
- Swimming pool in Rooftop is perfect with some views on the see
- Employees are helpful
- All the place is clean and new!
- Close to the center and the sea
- Blacony and table in the room
Negative :
- The neighboured is abandonned and as a consequence the view from the room is not good
