博普拉別墅飯店(La Villa Beaupeyrat)

Séjour de deux nuitées mais avec beaucoup de déception. -Bien qu’ayant téléphoné quelques jours avant et même la veille de notre arrivée afin de nous communiquer le numéro du studio ainsi que le code d’accès, toujours pas d’info au moment de poser les valises ! Personne à l’accueil ! Après un dernier appel une personne nous communique enfin les moyens de pénétrer dans la chambre. Chambre avec une température élevée : pas de Clim! Moustiques à l’intérieur . Bien qu’une prise anti moustiques soit mise en place : aucune efficacité car trop usagée = très mauvaise nuit ! Pour la douche: un reste de gel douche et un bac à douche incurvé en son centre qui nécessite de maîtriser son équilibre. Pour notre deuxième nuitée : la chambre n’a pas été faite !! Dans le prix du séjour, la connexion wifi est annoncée comme possible mais nous n’avons eu aucun code d’accès ! A notre départ le dernier jour , toujours aucun interlocuteur avec toujours le même message sur la vitre du bureau d’accueil « accueil exceptionnellement fermé » Ce n’est pas la maison Beaupeyrat mais, LA MAISON FANTÔME ! A ÉVITER et à DÉCONSEILLER

Bella villa, ingresso elegante, personale gentile, prezzi molto convenienti. Manca l'ascensore, il wifi funziona abbastanza bene, le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate È presente una cucina, ben attrezzata, il letto è grande e comodo

It’s an elegant and efficient lodging. The manager at the front desk Christel is very helpful, and provides thoughtful assistance. I think she’s exceptional. She makes our stay very pleasant. The location is also convenient enough.

Ideal location with free parking and only 10 mins walk into Limoges. The shared space is very nice and offers a coffee machine for free use. Each room is well appointed with a small kitchen, comfy bed and great shower. Only downside for us was poor communication. We let them know we’d be arriving early 2 days prior and never heard back. It’s lucky for us the door was open so we had space to relax on the sofas and store bags as otherwise we would have been stuck outside which isn’t ideal with a big family and elderly parents. The main door is coded and so is each room as there is no reception like with a normal hotel. We tried calling but they didn’t speak English and we don’t speak French so communication was tough but in the end we were able to leave our luggage until our rooms were ready.

We stayed in the Chalet. It was a beautiful space, the property is lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful

Despite never receiving a check in instruction email we were able to sort out our suite and access. Lovely accommodation. We were in one of the streetfront ground floor suites but it was very quiet and the courtyard is lovely. The well equipped kitchen made for a seamless dinner and enjoyable stay. Interior courtyard parking is a bonus.

Excellent apparthotel, situated very close to the city centre - just a few minutes walk. The apartment was very well equipped with a separate shower room and a fully kitted out kitchen area, fridge, kettle, hot plates toaster, coffee machine, etc. It also has off street private parking in the courtyard, which is a real bonus in the city centre. Would definitely recommend this place, and we will certainly use it again.

This hotel claims to offer free cancellation of reservations if made by a certain date before arrival. We cancelled our reservation in time due to strikes in France, but our money has not been reimbursed. In spite of evidence from my credit card, and phone calls and polite e-mails, which they do not have the courtesy to answer. Be careful with your money.

Perfectly located in Limoges, close to centre, all restaurants and bars, cathedral and river etc. Extremely hospitable staff, apartment was very well equipped with lovely bed linen and towels. Would definitely recommend.
