舒適套房飯店-史蒂文斯維爾聖約瑟夫(Comfort Suites Stevensville – St. Joseph)

We stayed one night. The pull out couch in our room had rodent droppings on the mattress cover. It was late and we were settled and ready for bed so we just didn’t use it. When we told the front desk staff in the morning she simply said they would look into it. After leaving, I realized she never asked me for our room number to be able to look at it.

This property had roofers on it the entire time I was there - 4 days. They started every morning at 8:00 AM. We were given a room on the top floor so they were right above us. The issue is that I was not told there would be construction during booking or while checking in. I did not know they would start early or that they would not finish. Other than not much sleep or quiet this location may have been enjoyable.

There was a construction crew working on the roof. Dumpsters taking up parking. They worked till 8pm Friday night, the ground guy was right outside our window! Then breakfast was a joke. Waffle mix and eggs? That was it!

Overall, the facility was as expected. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and bed comfortable. Unfortunately a few things were overlooked when cleaning our room, including some items in the bathroom, which I was wish would have been removed. There were some guests who were very disruptive which interrupted our sleep and caused all of us to have a rough night (we were travelling with a baby). The pool appeared to be well cared for and clean- we opted not to swim as the pool was quite busy.

The staff was very courteous and the rooms were very clean enjoyed the hot tub in the room and in the pool area and the pool

Very nice pool and hot tub in the hotel as well as wonderful option of having a jacuzzi tub right in the room. Wonderful AM breakfast as well.

We got to the hotel late. Had to wait for the front desk clerk for a while. I rang the buzzer a few times with no effect. She was busy doing other work. When I called their phone number she answered and came to the check in desk quickly. She was very pleasant. We have been here several times before. We will probably come back again.
