Breakfast room was too cold, 65F on both mornings.

The hot tub and pool were well maintained, the breakfast was a hot buffet, the staff were kind and friendly, the beds comfortable, the room clean. We had a restful and rejuvenating stay! Many thanks!!

It was absolutely terrible!! I changed The day of my reservation. Talk to an orbitz representative and had it changed. When I got to the hotel they had the print out of my reservation but said it was not confirmed and they didn’t see it till that day. I only booked this hotel for the jetted tub room and they didn’t have any available for the day so I had to take whatever room was available which luckily they had one. My wife and I came her for our 10 year anniversary and it absolutely ruined by this mishap! I had email stating that my update change for the date was confirmed however they didn’t honor it

Hotel room was ok but the hot tub was not working the whole 4 night stay. When I book a hotel I base my booking on a pool which wasn’t heated either and a hot tub. In fact I skipped over a couple of other places to stay due to not having a hot tub so if I had known about the hot tub not working I would’ve stayed elsewhere.

This hotel is extremely run-down. The door to the bathroom was torn up like an animal was trapped inside, the lampshade was cracked and crumbling, there was blood or some kind of stain on our sheets, etc. The pool water was cloudy and the spa was covered in wood. We believe this hotel should be torn down and rebuilt it is so bad.

Overall it’s ok but the bed in our room was too soft. Could not get a good sleep.

This was not a bad stay by any means. The room was clean however had a musty smell when we arrived. We opened the sliding door and let some air in and it got better. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The room was dated and needs an update but it was clean. The bathroom was very small. The door hit the toilet everytime you closed it. In order to close the door and be in the bathroom you had to step all the way in and stand either between the toilet and sink or toilet and shower. The shower had a curved rod but was missing a screw which allowed it to roll downward. This made it so the curtain would not stay at the edges, it slid to the center about six inches on each side. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good however they were already putting items away at 9 and the breakfast ran to 9:30. We would stay here again but it would not be our first choice.

The rooms are a great size for families. The breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was the jets in the hot tub were not working well. We did have a great time.
