The area was very convenient and the breakfast was not disappointing. The room however was not what I expected. There were blood stains on the floor in the bathroom next to the toilet. The A/C went off so loudly it broke my sleep several times during sleep. I did not necessarily feel safe as I was given a room on the ground floor and I was anxious my entire time in the room- even after asking for a higher floor upon check-in. Am not going to speak about the many little repairs all over the room and bathroom. I paid for the room and was in a different country so had to just accept it.

This hotel is a great location for shopping. Also close to both Buffalo and Niagara airports. The staff is friendly. Also very clean. The breakfast included is ok, and very convenient. Heard a few planes at times but otherwise very quiet. Which is to expected being so close to airport. Would highly recommend this hotel for value for money.

The only problem was some of my devices didn't work. The devices state region problem. Though I hotel is in NYS the device stated Canada and could not be changed. So they would not work. This was so very disappointing.

Nice clean hotel room, breakfast was good, though they ran out of stuff later, close to Target so you can grab stuff you forgot. Overall one of the better places I have stayed.

Air in room not working, staff slow to resolve. Had to move room, staff not big on recognizing the inconvenience. On check out, no inquiries about satisfaction or thanks.

The breakfast is absolutely amazing. I have stayed at may hamptons and this breakfast here is the best by far the lady you can tell takes pride in her job..

Our room 301 was updated in recent years. Everything had been redone except the bathroom ceiling vent. Otherwise everything was great. The facility was fresh and clean.
