錫達拉皮茲萬豪飯店(Radisson Hotel Cedar Rapids)

We've stayed here a couple of times. The staff is always pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are generous in size. My only disappointment this time was the bed was softer than I would desire. Not horrible by any means!

Very nice. Stayed here several times. Wish the hot tub was hot and the pool water warmer, but no big deal!

Room was great, clean and spacious. Water pressure for the shower was amazing. The only bad thing was that there was no refrigerator.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Leo at breakfast buffet was very friendly, professional and helpful .

Decor is dated for sure but a great overall experience. Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, great free coffee, spacious room (we got a complimentary upgrade to a huge suite with 2 TVs, dinette table, sitting room, fridge & microwave)

This property is in desperate need of updating - my rooms shower drained slow so you were showering in 2-3 in of standing water by the time you were done. The walls are thin and the TV didn’t function. Front desk was rude and unfriendly

After Radisson bought the property from Marriott it went downhill fast. No room service (although it was advertised), restaurant and bar closed at 8 every night (during a convention when the place was relatively full), housekeeping left dirty towels on the floor, etc.. The staff were very nice and seemed as though they were trying to make the best of a bad situation.

The hotel hasn’t been updated in 20+ years, but is well-kept and clean. Quiet. Only issue was they hadn’t turned the heat on yet and it got a little chilly a couple nights.
