Gorgeous room! Loved our stay!

Everything was wonderful. Super clean. King bed was so comfortable! Front desk offered us bottles of water and warm chocolate chip, nut, oatmeal cookies when we arrived. Spacious room. Loved the experience.

hotel was great parking cost around $12 should be included. first desk clerk couldn't find my reservation and didn't act like it was a big deal had to resolve issue on my own and second desk clerk found it easy need better training or something

No hoy tub. Pool only. Noisy.

For the high price cost, it was nothing special. No refrigerator or fridge in room. Pool was under construction which is fine but it would have been nice to know this in advance. Conveniently located by the convention center so no need to walk or drive. Overall, nice but not any better than lower priced options.

Overall would have been a great experience but the bed was extremely hard and the wife and I both woke up with sore necks and backs.

Pros: convient location to access downtown and convention center, parking garage options, comfy beds, clean, very friendly, onsite restaurant/bar, good free wifi. Cons: no refrigerator, microwave This hotel is great for convenience to shows at the convention center but does lack basic amenities that you would expect for a high dollar hotel. Their friendly staff and service do make up for that! Beds are proably one of the comfiest i've ever slept in for a hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean. I've stayed here before and will do so in the future. The Onsite bar/restaurant is absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the city!

We had a nice stay, clerk who checked us in and out was super friendly and helpful. Warm cookies are always good! Room was warm and we couldn't turn the temp below 65 and we would have liked having a fridge. Downtown noises like sirens and the train aren't enjoyable in the middle of the night but that's not the hotels fault! Great to be connected to convention center when attending an event and great bars and food close by.

Nice hotel. I wish there was a refrigerator. Other than that, staff was friendly. The lady (Dana) at the front desk was kind even when a "Karen" was being rude to her. Hotel was clean. Close to a lot of night life activities. Check in, check out was smooth. I will use/recommend in the future.
