a little old but easy to go

I used a free night for this stay but this establishment charged me the balance $102.55 for the night. They admitted that the charge was in error but was unable to refund the charge because there was no one on the premises that could approve the refund. Promised it would show up in a couple days.

Front desk attendant was not available for almost 30 minutes to check in. Bathroom was dirty. Found pills under the bath counter. Mud was in the comforter. Check out again no attenant on site. Not sure if that was only employee there but obviously need another at all times at front desk.

This lovation is awesome. Especially when flying into the airport late at night. The staff are awesome

The reception area was manned by Janesa sp?. She was pleasant, efficient, and really cared. I couldn’t help noticing that she was overworked in a big way. Although it was obvious that she was very busy and overworked, she continued to help everyone in a pleasant way. Someone else will notice this and offer her a higher paying job - watch out management.

The staff are friendly, accommodating, go above and beyond. My flight was cancelled because of a blizzard. They tolerated my many frantic calls, They came for me at the airport late at night. I felt safe and welcome in a very stressful situation. They were kind to others and treated those who had been stranded several days like family.

Kayleigh at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. She is a credit to your establishment.

Staff was kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again.
