格倫伯尼巴爾的摩歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn Baltimore/Glen Burnie)

Me gusto estar en este hotel está muy limpio y el desayuno está bueno y las recepcionistas son muy amables y la que está en la cocina es amable también y atenta a todo. Lo recomiendo

The staff was nice aside from one man that was rude to us as he came off the elevator. My husband and I had our hands very full with our stuff, our daughter and our dog. Our dog was on a leash but the man, in a rude tone, said “are you gonna get your dog? That’s a big dog” and waited for us to pull him in all so he could get by which made us miss the elevator so we had to wait another 10 min with all this stuff for the elevator to come back! He worked there so he should have not only backed up to let us get on the elevator seeing that our hands were full but also not be so rude to us because our dog! The surrounding area was not great and the building itself looked nothing like the pictures. The ceiling had cracks in it, the ac was leaking water so the floor in front of it was soaked. The walls were cracked and messed up in some spots. This stay was not anywhere close to being worth what we paid so we are very disappointed.

Staff was very attentive and engaging. The room was in good condition. It got the job done.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Location was convenient and the area offers plenty of options for food and shopping close by. Although the downstairs areas were renovated, our room was not. 1. Sewer smell coming from bathroom. 2. Brown water out of shower 3. Microwave and phone not working. 4. Fridge cabinet door barely hanging on by one hinge. 5. Mold along sink and drain plug in tub inoperable. Due to the circumstances and cumulative discovery of all of these items over the time of our stay, it was not conducive to requesting a room change. If they were discovered at the beginning of our stay, we certainly would have done that. We did make the property aware of the issues and while they were apologetic, made no effort to make things right to ensure our booking in the future. As a long-term ******* customer and having experienced several similar circumstances over the years at different properties, it has caused me to wonder if guests who book through booking sites like ******* are placed in substandard/less desirable rooms compared to those who book directly with the hotel chain. There is a sense that we have no recourse other than to post a less than stellar review.

I stay for a weekend in 2 queen BR with my cousin. Plenty of parking in shopping mall, very quiet. I ate from Panera, got scare from reviews of Japanese place next door. I found it centrally located from my reunion place. Continental breakfast. I will stay there again when in the area

The assistant manager and his staff are extremely friendly. Anytime entering or leaving they were always prompt in talking to us, checking on us, etc.

the only problem I had was with the shower - the shower diverter handle fell off when I used the shower. Reported to the front desk. was not repaired while i stayed but the shower worked alright. Third floor hall rug needs to be replaced it is lumped up -a possible trip hazarded.

Conveniently located to the highway for quick dinner, shopping options and necessitities. The hotel is very quiet and I could not hear neighbors TVs, etc. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating at the front desk and at breakfast. My only two dings on the experience was the quality of the breakfast & coffee, and the shower pressure / temperatures were tough to dial into a comfortable setting. I would stay here again, regardless. Overall, very pleasant!

Although checking in was a bit confusing at first, my night timec relaxation experience was very quiet and peaceful!!
