Great hotel. Location was perfect, room was beautiful, and the staff was unbelievable. The hotel was above and beyond on the service from the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out. Complimentary drinks while checking in, the local liqueur in the room, and a complimentary walking tour as well. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very well maintained and updated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ohne Übertreibung ist das eines der besten Hotels, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail an den unterschiedlichsten Stellen. Nichts ist abgenutzt, abgewohnt oder abgestoßen, alles im Top-Zustand, als wäre es gerade erst eröffnet worden. Die Mitarbeiter sind durch die Bank sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben einfach auf jede Frage die perfekte Antwort. Das Frühstück ist großartig, man kann aus einer Auswahl von Eierspeisen und Heißgetränken bestellen und hat zusätzlich noch ein gut bestücktes Buffet. Die zahlreichen weiteren Annehmlichkeiten lassen sich gar nicht erschöpfend aufzählen, daher nur eine kleine Auswahl: - bei unserer Ankunft morgens erhielten wir erst mal einen Capuccino und eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen angeboten - Nachdem wir die Zimmer bezogen hatten, wurden uns Pastéis de Nata (warme Puddingtörtchen) gebracht - Auf dem Zimmer findet sich dann noch eine Minibar, deren erste Füllung kostenlos ist, eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine samt Zubehör, Mandellikör mit einer ganzen Zitrone und Kaffeebohnen sowie einer Anleitung, wie man daraus ein lokaltypisches Getränk herstellt - Weitere landestypische Knabbereien und Süßigkeiten Die Lage mitten in der Alfama ist günstig, man ist direkt im Zentrum des Geschehens mit einer schönen Auswahl an Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die berühmte Straßenbahn Linie 28 hält in der Nähe.

En helt fantastisk upplevelse i Lissabon, vacker omgivning och sagolikt hotell. Underbar personal som tog hand om oss på ett proffsigt och fantastiskt sätt! Aldrig varit med om något liknande. Snyggt hotell, stilfull inredning överallt. Den bästa frukosten vi någonsin upplevt på alla våra resor. Rent och fint överallt på hotellet.(Det är ju inte hotellets uppgift att städa utanför på gatorna runt omkring dör det tyvärr ligger cigarettfimpar och skräp, men många sopar utanför sina butiker) Om vi kommer till Lissabon igen finns det inget annat ställe vi hellre bor på! This hotel is very nicely appointed and the service was excellent. Flavio was so helpful with recommendations and even helped us to locate our car. The neighborhood does not allow cars so parking is not close . Breakfast was the best we had in our week in Portugal. We would highly recommend this property.

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The manager has thought of every possible little touch to ensure each patron feels special. The welcome sparkling wine and treats in the room were wonderful. The bedding like a cloud. So many lighting options and surround sound in the room. An amazing stay.

If you've not been here before then perhaps take a mental note of the frontage of the hotel because our taxi driver drove on past so we ended up having to walk up a steep hill with cases. This wasn't a huge problem for us but as the hotel is situated in a particularly quiet area of the old town where cobbled streets are narrow and steep then be aware if you have walking difficulties. Our room was very comfortable, modern in design and quiet most of the time (occasional chat could be overheard by loud guests arriving late at night/early morning as our room was near the reception however this did not spoil our stay and was only ever short-lived). Breakfast was excellent and offered a decent choice. I can only concur with previous reviews of this hotel in that the staff are absolutely wonderful and helped make our stay even better (although the custard tarts were a welcome bonus). We hope to return to Lisbon one day and would be very happy to stay at Sao Vicente Aflame Hotel.

We had an incredible experience at Sao Vicente Alfama Hotel. Hotel and staff have great energy! Sao Vicente offers an excellent location, cleanliness, comfort (we loved the bed, linen, pillows), gorgeous decor and room layout, super quiet (impact glass windows) and the breakfast included is top of the line. The restaurant staff is awesome. Love the detox juice! The staff made us feel right at home from day one with their professionalism and hospitality. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay authentic and enjoyable. A special thanks to Nicole and Joana for going the extra mile for us, The icing on the cake was the restaurant 10 feet across the hotel. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is one of a kind and the owners are amazing! Restaurant oweners treated us like family. One evening we joined hotel staff at the restaurant for a farewell party and had an unforgettable evening in Lisboa. We highly recommend staying at this venue. We truly love Sao Vicente Alfama!
