Friendly reception.

The hotel and location was good but we were disappointed that the pool was closed. That’s the main reason that we booked the hotel because of the pool and the kids wanted to swim. This should have been told to us in advance so that we could have chosen another hotel with a pool.

When we checked in we were given a key to room 224, went to the room, opened it and it was already occupied. Very thankful that no one was in it, we backed out and went downstairs to tell clerk, the clerk never apologized just took the card without a word and gave us a different room. Again very thankful that no one was inside that room when we walked in.

I will not ever stay here again! First off once we got into our room 503, the couch had pizza sauce all on it! Then had to go downstairs to request extra bedding for the couch bed! Then once we got settled into our room around 11ish pm, our toilet flooded literally our whole room! Worst Experience Ever! Had to throw away a $27 dollar bottle of conditioner and my daughters clothes due to it having toilet water on them! Then we had to pack up our belongs and stand out in the hotel lobby until almost 1 am! Then they finally down graded our room and we went to room 616. And they never offered anything complimentary for the inconvenience! Such a terrible place! The management does not know how to treat there guest! I’d rather kept our girls in our car over night then to stay in a place like that again! When I requested a refund or just something they said No!

I didn’t get to go and got charged. It was passed my deadline to cancel but I tried to explain but no one cares.

There was nothing available for breakfast. They charged the full amount for avocado toast and there was no avocado on of the toast pieces. No oatmeal. No flat bread.

The food we got was bad, there is no ice machine on our floor, the air is on a constant blast and it’s cold in our room, and the elevator door was acting up.

This is our second time staying here and both times have been perfect. The staff is great at their job and very friendly. The room was very clean as well.
