利物浦美利通套房飯店(Meriton Suites Liverpool)

不錯的飯店。離利物浦車站很近，但我們住了4天，只打掃過一次。

We were the only persons booking in mid afternoon. There were 3 staff at Reception Desk but even so it took at least 10 mins to book us in. Then our crdit card would not work- we were told there were technical issues. Surely this would have been known before we arrived. It is difficult to find the entrance to underground parking, The lift system is somewhat complicated. However on the positive side the Security Staff Member was helpful all that afternoon. The toilet would not flush. This was attended to quickly. However throughout our stay we had to hold down the 2 buttons with much force for the toilet to flush. Surely the toilet fault should have been rectified before we were allocated that room. Over amenities and other information there were no paper versions of how to work the equipment. Scanning is not an option for us Therefore we could not watch DVDs and only had limited choice on the TV. The placement of crockery cupboard is not obvious. On the positive side the bathroom is well designed, our rooms pleasant and comfortable. We woudl not stay there again due to the faults above. Elizabeth

I have been staying at Meriton Suites Liverpool since this property was opened in October 2023. The staff's are great in particular Mr. Siddhant is very polite and a true hospitality brand ambassador for Meriton Hotels. The senior managements should consider developing Siddhant in more senior roles. The facilities are new and very well maintained by the housekeeping team.
