Vile staff, terrible hotel with rooms that stank. It is falling to pieces and no one cares or listens to any complaints. You couldn't pay me to stay there again. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Shame bc Llanelli was lovely place to visit.

Very dangerous place to be, a shadow of ts former years Security brandished a knife and we’re threatening, stay well clear until new owners are found. Currently this place is inhabitable, and only fit for the dogs that patrol it’s grounds.

owners are abusive to staff, the fire brigade have found the hotel unsafe for overnight stays, behind the hotel is piled high with waste and rubbish hotel security are dangerous even carrying weapons such as knives

Staff are friendly enough but the rooms are dirty, stains on the bed sheets, hair in the shower tray and a slight smell of mold, however I couldn't find any mold on smelled it. I would never return to this hotel!

The hotel is not avalible for use as hotel. The owners should sell up and go. The way they have destroyed a lovely local hotel for the greed of money before the community feels they ain't gonna get any business from anyone local

I have stayed at, and attended this hotel many times. Today I arrived and seen a notice on the entrance fence that shows that an inspection has been performed by the fire service. It shows that the hotel was never safe to accomodate patrons! I am shocked and horrified at the thought of all the people who have stayed over the years and have been at risk if a fire had broken out. People should seek compensation in my opinion.

A horrible dirty place with a lot of unwelcome visitors. A place to avoid! This place need to be closed down and demolished after the decisions the owners have made. Although there was a great event I see going on there this weekend involving a tractor and a rubber dingy.
