朗伯德約克敦中心威斯汀飯店(The Westin Chicago Lombard)

They didn’t clean the room because they claimed that it wasn’t included with my booking agreement 🤷🏻♂️

ショッピングセンターとスーパーマーケットがホテル横に位置しており便利です。ただし設備はやや古く、快適とは言えませんでした。滞在時が満室のせいか、部屋のクリーニングがやや雑、シーツの交換が十分でなかったり、補給の水やコーヒー紅茶が不足のままだったりしました。ただ直接ホテルにリクエストすれば良く対応していただきました。 また、このホテルは人気なのか、土曜日には結婚シーズンでもあり、多くの結婚披露宴がありました。民族特有の結婚披露宴は、午後7時から深夜1時まで設定されており、重低音の音楽が響いていました（眠れないほどではありませんでしたが）。結論としては、立地条件は良いが、ホテルの設備としては他にも良いところがあるかもしれません。また空港からのホテルバスなどはなく、空港行きにはタクシー代（約４５ドル）が別途必要となります。

My bed had blood or red wine stain on my first day, I was told when I booked the hotel that my breakfast would include $30 for each person in my room for each day of my stay, but they only applied $30 for each day after I told them I had breakfast credit. On my second day my room was not cleaned at all when I returned at 8pm, after going to the front desk I was only offered towels, but a other employee helped and give me a new room for the night after I asked to change rooms. The front desk employee were very helpful with the issues but room service was terrible, and breakfast credit is very misleading that you ending up paying for breakfast more then you thought

We had to change rooms 2 times and the third room was really cold and we tried to put the heat it wasn’t working and when we called the office they tried to send someone and didn’t show up after one hour I called back and the front desk told me he wasn’t in the property then they did it manually and it got really hot then we decided to leave the room at 1 in the morning. Mind you that was the third room we changed the first one wasn’t clean the second one the windows were so fogged up we couldn’t see anything through the window and the third one had a big gashed hole in the wall and the room number outside was knocked off of the wall i have photos to share if u like

One of cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we travel a lot so that speaks for itself. Comfortable bed. Huge tv for a hotel. Clean bathroom with a nice rainfall shower. The staff was friendly. 10/10

Room was adjacent to a bank of elevators and the noise of the elevators in operation all night long made sleeping impossible. The dated hand held shower and related shower head did not work. Take a pass on the Lombard Westin.

No hot water in the bathroom sink. Called for maintenance. He adjusted something, but you had to turn on the tub hot water in order to get hot water at the sink. Dirty elevator with chicken bones on the floor. But the doorman was very friendly!

Property was nice in a quiet area with shopping malls near. However for the price the stay was not worth it. Management needs to either upgrade their amenities or decrease the price. Totally not worth the money.
