Checked in at 10.00pm, well organised by staff with welcome drink. Food varieties and quality was very good. WiFi service inside rooms needs to be updated. The bathroom and toiletries are proper. Common areas like lobby and cafeteria are best at their affords. The staff are friendly and helpful.

great place..perfect ambience...aweaum staff....food delicious...wat more can i say... worth the money spent....very very helpful staff....pool was clean all the time....room service top notch.....water 24/7.....tea..coffee in all rooms..view was great from the balcony too...

stay was really unexpectable ..we got the best experience from Lagoona team it is really good property and the food are delicious and activity was nice ..we enjoyed magic show and live music and hi tea which was complimentary from them .. staff are really helpful Afreen,Anjali ,Vaishanvi Akash, Chef Nevid and Sudhir team keep it up team with your good work.

We had great experience in Lagoona resort ..we really enjoy the rooms were clean and swimming pool and ambiences and the activities which the management organize was really memorable . We came with our family friends and its really very -friendly resort ..the ambience and food are really delicious the rooms arelclean but needs improvement in bathroom fittings. We will really recommend this resort to our friends. Staff is really cooperative & your every wish will be taken care of. What we missed is spa & gym. We would like to recommend to management to provide this. The staff name we really wanted to mention ,Anjali front office Sakshi and Vaishnav from HK and Akash ,Shudhir and Nived from service

We had a amazing experience in Laggona resort the service was very fast we did the adventure activities as well we really enjoy the staff was really helpful and they are very kind । especially Anjali and Afreen from Guest relation are helpful and they both have a smiling face always.

We had a good stay here.. While the property is old its big with spacious rooms and t's still well maintained and the staff is good and generous. It was our Anniversary and Ms. Afreen arranged a beautiful Cake for the evening. Food was good and buffets had a good spread options. Our kid had a great time and he enjoyed the Archery, Zipline & Lagoona crossing activity which was very well guided by the staff there. There are areas of improvement in the rooms pluming area and improve the room ambience a bit. Thanks 😊

We had wonderful stay with Lagoona resort . This was our 1st time and it was amazing the rooms were spacious and the food in the restaurant was delicious and the property is very good . It was a really memorable stay and the staff was really helpful especially Anjali from front office Vaishnavi from HK and the Aakash from FNB is really very courteous and smiling face.

The stay was in Lagoona resort was amazing the room was spacious and ambience of the property was very super and the food which we had in patio restaurant was excellent and they provide us complimentary hi tea as well and we had very warm welcome from staff especially Anjali from the reception and Sudhir from the FNB department were very helpful.
