這家酒店怎麼説呢，功過都有吧。位置相當不錯，如果你還算能走路的話，不用乘坐交通工具可以到達大英博物館，威斯敏斯特教堂，牛津街，大本鐘，白金漢宮…最遠的也就20多分鐘的路程。 酒店房間中規中矩，年代久遠但設施和衞生還不錯。辦理入住稍慢，有點耐心也沒啥。加床提前給加好了，不收取額外費用。 但是，，，辦理入住的時候收取了200英鎊的按金，退房時我們也沒有特意確認，因為很肯定沒有任何額外的消費。但第二天發現按金衹退回了146磅，收取了54磅的莫須有的費用。郵件詢問酒店答非所問，沒有第一時間解決。最後還是通過攜程解決的，這裏要給攜程點贊👍👍👍第一時間聯繫溝通酒店，任何進展都會和我們這邊及時通報，所以説訂酒店還是通過攜程最放心！

作為倫敦中心位置的酒店總體感覺還是不錯，距離地鐵站和大英博物館、商業區都不遠，酒店很大、房間很多，但客人也很多，入住登記要排隊，英式早餐還是比較不錯，提供免費行李寄存。房間暖氣温度可以，除了床窄點，不提供拖鞋、洗漱用品，其他都不錯！

這次住在倫敦很滿意，價格不貴，地理位置極佳，出門就是白金漢宮，我們正好趕巧看到衛兵換崗儀式。沒走多久就是熱鬧的攝政街，很滿意。 房間也很新，東西齊全，拖鞋、浴帽和棉花棒都有，水供應充足，非常喜歡他家茶包。開完床還有巧克力。早餐也是半自助式，味道還行，有煙熏三文魚我喜歡。周末大倫敦這個價格很合理，還會再來。

I have stayed once in this hotel and loved it and have been back for dinner/drinks since then. I went with friends who had not been before and I just had to write this as we had such a good time! We were greeted in the lobby by a charming smiling lady and sort of butler beautifully dressed guy and they asked us three ” are you drinking or dining with us this evening?” ”Both I hope” I replied! He showed us to to the Velvet Bar which is divine where they had a table free - all low lights, plushy red and gold seats - very very nice. we drank Champagne and all the waiters were smiling and charming even when we knocked over a glass of Champagne! We then asked if we could go to Kerridge's and one of them very obligingly walked over there, confirmed it was okay and then escorted us there. Everyone in that restaurant was also fun, welcoming and smiling so I commented on it and our server said ” we love working here” - wow - and they show it! We had a great dinner, chatted with more happy staff about the bread, the wine, the lovely crockery - it was really a remarkable atmosphere which we all noticed everywhere we went. The chandeliers amd flowers are spectacular and I love the spoken poetry in the ladies room! Thank you and well done!

我和我最好的朋友在2009年六月一號的時候住進了這家酒店,我們的預訂是在萬豪禮賞計劃當中,需要說明的是我們一般情況下所有的旅行過程當中住的幾乎都是萬豪酒店。在巴黎迪士尼酒店住了5個晚上之後,因為歐洲之星,我們到了倫敦。我們坐地鐵到了威斯敏斯特車站,但是我們不知道沒有通往地麪的電梯,拖着行李向上爬然後穿越威斯敏斯特大橋簡直要了我們的老命! 酒店的門童在門口看到了我們,他了解我們拖着行李頂着太陽過來是很痛苦的一件事,所以在看到我們的時候立即幫我們拿行李然後幫助我們辦理入住登記手續。前台登記的那個女的好像是來自羅馬尼亞,看起來絲毫不了解我們美國人的幽默感。很幸運的是當我們下午兩點鐘抵達酒店的時候我們的房間已經準備好了。我們還被升級到了高級休息室,每個晚上是500塊錢,還好我們已經看過了關於酒店的評論,所以也沒有答應。當天晚上的時候當我們返回到房間的時候,管家部的員工已經給我準備好了我在登記時要求的泡沫枕頭,不過那個男的身上有一股很濃重的體味! 我們很迅速的住在了我們的419房間,房間距離電梯有點遠,不過還可以。我們在巴黎住的巴黎迪士尼酒店很顯然沒有達到我們的要求,而且標準比美國的迪士尼酒店要低多了。我們進入房間的時候,發現了一個標準的萬豪式的房間,這樣我們很高興。整個房間是一個T字形的結構,迎麪而來的是房間的門,浴室在右邊,然後依次是桌子,工作區差不多也是在右邊然後就是床已經排到了左邊的角落。在桌子和箱子中間的地方空間很大,顯然可以用來擺放我們的行李。 浴室有着很不錯的遮擋笑過的帘子。淋浴的噴頭水也很充足,不過有點不是很好調整,碰頭的位置很高,所以不用擔心會砸到你的頭。牆上還安了一半兒吹風機,一個很大的鏡子,電話,還有就是連接電視的揚聲器(電視就在床的前麪),屏幕很大,還有就是鏡子。房間裏面有兩套浴袍,很方便我們換着穿。在浴室裏面衹有一個插板,衹能適合剃鬚刀。 在桌子旁邊有兩個可以直接用的網線,可以上網的。我們拿着一個筆記本,可以直接上無線網的那種,所以我們就不用再用酒店的網絡了,而且也不用支付這筆費用了。我們在發現美式的插線板的時候,高興的幾乎蹦了起來。不過桌子旁邊的椅子太矮了,坐起來非常的不舒服,而且還要對付晃來晃去的輪子。 在小柜子的上麪擺放了一些冰水,餅乾和沏好的茶,(這個很適合我好朋友的口味兒)。我們的房間可以俯瞰到酒店內部的花園,不過所謂的花園就是一些儲藏室還有卸東西的場所。在早上晚些的時候,經常會聽到從這裏傳來的噪音,因為會有卡車裝卸東西。 我們的電視衹能收到8個頻道,唯一的美國頻道就是CNN。我們就第一晚看電視了,之後就再也沒有打開過。我們房間內的娛樂就是通過筆記本看電影,走秀或者是看書。床與床之間的光線很不錯,因為有那種內部的分配器,這樣的話我就可以熬夜到很晚了,因為我比我朋友看書看得晚。 酒店的床跟我們剛剛離開的那個酒店相比很舒服,但是這還不是我們期望從萬豪酒店得到的標準。枕頭是跟床分開的而不是一體的,感覺很可愛,但是不管怎麼講,衹是一個床墊而已。(我了解這個因為我查了床了,以防會有蟲子,但是不用擔心,沒有!)咋旅行接近尾聲的時候我對床墊感覺非常失望,不是想象中那麼舒服! 在電視機的下麪是一個小吧台,裏面已經塞滿了東西,如果你碰任何東西的話,你都要為此付出代價。所以整整一個星期,我們衹是用冰桶來保持每樣東西都是涼的。在小吧台旁邊有個小柜子,我們用這個來裝我們的早餐還有零食,我們把這個美其名曰:食品儲藏櫃。 我最喜歡的地方應該就是衣櫃了。它有兩扇滑動的鏡子門,裏面還有燙衣板,電熨斗,雨傘和手勢燈等東西。現在我認為所有的衣櫃應該都安裝有手勢燈。 我們沒有用過游泳池,也沒有在餐廳吃過飯。我們的房間是在行政樓層,但是現在看起來好像不是很值得。我們哦難過來沒有在酒店看到過禮品店或者是零食店,這個讓我多少有些失望。我們發現距離酒店不遠的地方有個24小時營業的小超市,也許這個就取代了酒店裡麪應該有的吧。我高度推薦每個人應該欣賞以下就彈的後門。儘管前門有麥當勞,但是後面有地鐵,星巴克,高檔的意大利餐廳和一些普通餐廳,還有中國美食,在建築的後面有好多吃飯比較便宜的地方。 除了酒店的後門是另外一條大街的背麪,向左走幾站地就到了滑鐵盧車站。在這裏的時候一定要注意了,因為不知有一個進出口。我們迷路的唯一依次是晚上的時候從滑鐵盧車站出來。這裡是一個區域性火車的車站,我們卻想到溫莎(實際上衹用了3分鐘就可以到)。滑鐵盧附近還有一個很大的IMAX劇院,我們當然去看了,因為我們需要擁有一天“美國日”。 我唯一一次向禮賓諮詢是到希斯羅。我們原計劃是從維多利亞站出發坐公車,但是有了在威斯敏斯特拎行李的教訓,我們已經打算返回到我們經常用的旅遊方式,那就是我們打了輛車到希斯羅機場,這個直接加在了我們住店的費用上麪,是600塊錢。我覺得這個卻花得還是挺值的,因為我們很快就到了機場而且還沒有浪費多少時間。 因為我們是萬豪禮賞,我對這家酒店還是比較滿意的,但是如果讓我們花錢住在這裏的話,我覺得價格就有點高了。唯一配的上酒店這麼高的價格的就是酒店的地理位置了,因為酒店的設施還有服務都是有待提高的,不管我們穿的怎麼樣,我都覺得我們來來回回酒店的時候,酒店的員工有點鄙視我們,這可能是因為我拎的是地鐵三明治袋子吧。 作為一家萬豪酒店當中的精英酒店,我是覺得非常驚訝的。在Ft. Lauderdale,FL FAR FAR的勞德爾堡都已經超越了這家酒店。如果你想在倫敦找一家地理位置很好的酒店的話那麼這家酒店很適合,但是如果您想住的是頂級的,豪華酒店,你可能需要到其他地方去看看。

特別棒的酒店

我訂的房間很好，在攜程刷的優惠價。帶有一個小廚房（有一個微波爐和廚房水槽，有簡單的餐具），有燒水壺，步行幾分鐘有M &S 超市，可以自己做簡單的早餐。面向外面清楚地看見很多火車來來往的風景，但是很隔音。 服務衞生設施都不錯，我住了三晚，選擇不用每天打掃衞生換毛巾，酒店就發餐廳代金券或者一瓶紅酒以示對環保的鼓勵。 地理位置方便，步行到大笨鐘，倫敦眼，滑鐵盧火車站和地鐵站都很近。

I was looking at the Biltmore and the Waldorf but decided to stay at the Trafalgar as they have bigger rooms than the Biltmore and the Waldorf looks like it is in desperate need of an upgrade. Everyone was very polite and helpful apart from one staff member, more on that later. I was upgraded to a Suite on arrival but requested a toom with two beds instead which was granted. The Nelson double room is very spacious and modern. It faintly smelled of mothballs whenever you entered the room and the smell then quickly disappeared. We noticed that one of the beds was sagged in the middle and this was very quickly resolved by the maintenance team and was not an issue for us at all. The only reason i mention it in my review is because Alejandra apologised a thousand times for this “inconvenience” and even send us Macaroons and drinks to the room as an apology. During checkout, Alejandra apologised again and made sure our stay was perfect. There was a key card under the bed which was covered with dust as was the carpet under the bed. Cleanliness regarding this could obviously be better as dust can trigger allergies. The service of the staff at Trafalgar is above that of all other Hilton properties in London and certainly a step above from general hospitality service in Europe. I would give the service at Trafalgar a 9 based on European standards and a 7 based on Middle-Eastern and Asian standards. Breakfast was so highly rated in many reviews of this hotel which also influenced my choice, i was expecting an absolute feast. Unfortunately, breakfast was quite disappointing for us. Staff was great apart from someone who i can only describe as a North-African young woman with shoulder length curls who did not want to give us one of the three empty tables available in the Breakfast room with only 40 minutes available for Breakfast as she was keeping those for families of 7. This is rather absurd and we ended up taking one of the tables anyway as i wasn’t going to sit where she suggested which was away from everyone else. Breakfast in any hotel, especially 5* is always based on first come, first serve. You can’t deny your guest seating space at breakfast as if you were running a dinner service. Vegan options are very, very limited. Fruit selection is even more basic than what you can get at any supermarket in London. There was only Cantaloupe, Watermelon and Pineapple. There were Apples and Bananas for grabs but that is still not enough. Pastries are miniatures which is really shameful for a breakfast buffet. Only sausages available were Pork, no vegan and no Chicken so unfortunately no sausages for me. It’s basically a full English and that’s it. You could order A-La-Carte but that wasn’t special either. We had Amex Platinum credit so we used that for one of the dishes which was not special for the £15 asking price. Room service was basic as well.
