Clean, good location, nice staff

Very pleased. Room was cozy. Pool was surprisingly heated and awesome. Great sleep. Great breakfast. Cons: smoke residue filled hallway but room was clear. Hotel could use some updates. Overall I was happy and would love to stay again

This was horrible. The pics are not this location. The whole property smelled like ****. It was dirty and desk clerk was high and no help. This place is a disgrace

My only real complaint would be the road noise. The rooms are dated, but appear to be very clean. The staff was really friendly.

Cabinets were dusty, there was some dirt under the beds. Everything else was great. Staff were nice and helpful.

Be Aware!!!!!My son called me the day of check in and was told since he was local I had to put a $100 security deposit down. So we did and we were told that it would go right back on the card after check out. So I waited 7 days and never received the money back. I called the office and she told me they never refunded me and that you usually have to call and get it back. Be aware!!!!! So hopefully I will get it back. Not worth the trouble. Stay somewhere else.

The most important thing while traveling long distances, is to get a good night sleep. That did not happen at Microtel because the heating system did not work properly. The automatic shutoff did not work when the room reached the desired temp. Either it was freezing or roasting. It had to be manually controlled. These existing systems never seem to work properly. Very disappointing.

I checked in, staff was pleasant, used the stairs to go up 3 floors, area was dirty, garbage scattered on the stairs. The room was very small , not at all like the pictures online, musty smell, plastic wrappers scattered around the room on the floor. Bedding old and very used. For 90$ US I expected better!! I knew I couldn’t stay there, so I checked out. I paid cash, was refunded for deposit and payment of the room promptly!!

This is a 10/10 for us clean and the staff is absolutely fantastic and accommodating!
