Apartment was great, very clean and great amenities, Only a couple problems is downstairs is doing some kind of building work so lots of banging this morning and the whole apartment smells of strong smoke this morning, especially the communal hallway and main bathroom where smoke is getting in though the vents, which is very hard to stay in the apartment with as we have kids and are none smokers ourselves. Would we stay again, probably no for those reasons

The location of this apartment was amazing. We loved how spacious the rooms were and the amenities included. Staff were quick to respond on Whatsapp. We would definitely stay here again.

Avari Apartments delivered an exceptional, luxurious stay in a prime location. The immaculate apartment met all expectations, providing easy access to nearby culinary delights and major tourist attractions, all within walking distance or a short ride on the underground system. A top choice for convenience and upscale accommodation in the city's heart.

Excellent experience- great location and very clean and has all what you need and comfortable apartment. Great experience with customer support- makes the stay more comfortable... I like the efficiency of the app... thanks

Pros: - Location: quiet, safe and local shop - Decor: modern - Size: good space and layout - Cleanliness: good Cons: - Noisy: noise from neighbours should be disclosed. Unacceptable level of insulation. Lower score also related to undisclosed building work next door that started at 8am throughout the day. Complaints were made but response was apologetic but suggested complaining to unknown neighbours no compensation offered at this stage. - Maintenance and quality of fixtures: ensuite shower did not drain. The suspect plunger supplied suggested this was a known issue. Fixtures and fitting including kitchen area suggested the property was renovated on the cheap. - Customer service: our stay was unrestful and unsatisfactory to much disappointment. Many attempts were made to resolve but only £30 compensation was paid for a far more expensive visit (supplied by booking dot com). No attempt to satisfy or apologise. Would I recommend: No, unless cost isn’t an issue and you are a party goer who doesn’t mind about noise nor relaxation

Avari Apartments focuses on providing a luxury experience for their guests and it shows through the updated kitchen and bath as well as the small details that other property owners don't usually focus on such as quality bed linens, bath towels... and even quality coffee and appliances! The check-in process and access to the property/unit were very easy. Avari were such a delight to work with. They were very professional, responsive and easy to talk to. They even sent a note wishing me luck on running the London Marathon! For me, I was sold on the hospitality with the small details: the customer service and the details in the unit. I'll definitely look at staying at one of their units again when traveling back to London!
