Was ok location great Wasn’t the cleanest But was nice enough Would stay again

Les chambres sont dégueulasses j'ai eu droit à des draps sales qui ont sûrement été utilisés avant moi. Les photos sur hôtel.com n'ont absolument rien à voir avec la réalité. Même gratuitement je n'y retournerai pas. Et pour couronner le tout la musique était à fond une bonne partie de la soirée dans le PUB géré par les propriétaires. À fuir pour votre bien et votre santé.

First impressions good nice welcome got into the room no towels no loo roll and a half drank juice and a pizza in the fridge Cooking facility dirty pans but no utensils Towels and loo rolls rectified We went out till late when got back we pulled the duvet back no bottom sheet on the bed ? No contact numbers no one around Did not look like the pics on Hotels. Com Came back in the evening to a fire door jammed open removed what was stopping it shutting But it was back there again the next morning Milk to make a drink already OFF And let’s finish with the trip wire on the way out Please see pics attached and make up your own mind. such a shame ☹️ lack care

Very shocked to see the state of the room when from outside looked ok first thing noticed was holes in the door and frame and bent lock wardrobe doors wouldnt open or close as hanging off the tracks so couldnt use them electic sockets were hanging off the walls and could be moved and wires were exposed holes in walls bathroom door didnt shut but had over 20 rusty nails hanging out totally thick dust wrote my name in it the walls were all mucky and dusty and fire saftety was disgusting shocking sprinkler rammed with toilet roll so wouldnt pick up any fire till too late.

The accommodation is tired and poor. Paintwork chipped, shower leaked. T.V could not work. Very limited food menu. The people that worked in the bar were super though. Thanks Nicki.

Fantastic host. Easy check in and out. Lovely friendly landlady and locals! Easy to get in and out of London. Free parking outside pub. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Great for O2 or exploring London. Walking distance to Blackheath

When we arrived at The Summerfield Bar recently, we were advised that our room at the The Summerfield Boutique Rooms (which is a separate business above the bar) were unavailable. We were then handed a phone with Jimmy London (owner of the Boutique Rooms) on the other end of the line, and he said that the room had been overbooked by *******. He said he had only received notification from ******* of the booking one week prior to our arrival. This is untrue as he himself messaged me through the ******* platform after the booking was confirmed two months earlier. He offered nothing other than a cursory apology, and did not even appear in the Bar in person, despite the fact that I believe he was upstairs in the rooms. We contacted ******* who organised alternative accommodation nearby within an hour. While waiting, we received the most amazing hospitality from the staff in the Summerfield Bar, who were most apologetic for the trea**ent we had received. The bar was under no obligation to do so, as their business is completely separate. After returning home, I discovered from the reviews here that what had happened to us was no accident, and that this is in fact Jimmy's normal modus operandi. Imagine leaving your paying guests to discover that the accommodation that they had booked and paid for did not exist!!! Jimmy London has no morals, no scruples and deserves all the bad press he gets. Spread the word, and avoid Summerfield Boutique Rooms at all costs!!

There wasn’t any shower gels or shampoo in our room, and the room was very dusty, while the noise from downstairs was a little bit too loud. We was shown our room and had to via the pub and was not shown how to get in or out without going through the pub. We didn’t stay the night we left and find somewhere else to stay Sadly.
