衛兵飯店(The Guardsman - Preferred Hotels and Resorts)

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé et proche de beaucoup de lieux et monuments touristiques que vous pouvez visiter à pied ! Le personnel est discret et au petit soin. La chambre est de taille normale mais très bien décoré, très propre. Je recommande cet hôtel.

A nice hotel!

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable and smart boutique hotel. The service is excellent and we received a very warm welcome. Our room was beautiful. We also had an evening meal and this was really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel, you cannot fault it.

Un hôtel 5* et des petites gâteries tout au long du séjour. Personnel très accueillant qui a à coeur notre bien-être. Emplacement de choix, chambres très bien aménagées. Un panier de fruits à notre arrivée, des bouteilles d’eau livrées à tous les soirs et parfois des petits produits. Aussi deux consommations gratuites de notre choix au bar de l’hôtel pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits. Nous y retournerons c’est certain. Allez-y vous adorerez! Un réel coup de coeur ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about The Guardsman. From the moment we walked in the service was amazing. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant below provides afternoon tea and it was seriously one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. It was truly incredible and the desserts were delicious. If and when we visit London in the future, we will definitely be staying at The Guardsman again. Thank you to the staff for making it such a lovely, memorable experience.

The staff was great. However a few things could be improved. We received an upgrade but the room did not seem like an upgrade. My sister who was traveling with me and did not have an upgrade had a bigger room...Also one of the days a trash bag was left in our room. Seems like the cleaning staff simply forgot it. So for hours a trash bag with other peoples trash sat in our room.

I can't explain how much I loved this hotel. I would wake up smiling every morning from my comfy bed under my fluffy comforter. Everything from check in to check out was absolutely flawless and I cant rave about this hotel enough. I got a fantastic deal bundling my flight with my stay through ******* and I'm so glad i went with my gut and booked the Guardsman. Not only is it gorgeous and cozy, but the location was perfect. Walk to the sites or to multiple tube stations and get literally anywhere! Just stay here.
