Lovely tidy rooms in a great location. Stayed a few nights as I was running London marathon this year. Great central location. Price not bad at all for London. The rooms are small but spotless and have everything you need, they have made excellent use of the small space available, the plugs underneath the kitchen units were a bit annoying as the leads to kettle and toaster were not long enough to reach properly, a potential hazard if your not very careful. The only thing I had staying in one of the downstairs rooms you could hear the underground rushing along below you, not too loud but definitely aware of it. I would have been happier with a window or door that opened to let some air in with it being such a small space, these were all sealed all the way round.

I had a reservation at this hotel, but due to an issue with my son, we couldn't stay there. Despite having a non-refundable reservation, I explained the situation to them and they refunded all of our money, even though the cancellation policy that we agreed to when making the reservation included a cancellation fee. This is a clean hotel with all the facilities, situated in a very beautiful area of London, near Hyde Park, with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything looks exactly like in the presentation pictures. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location. 3 minute walk from tube station and about 10mins in a taxi into central London. Area felt very safe with lots of shops nearby. There on a hen do and it worked so well for us. The only negative is that the beds aren’t the comfiest so if you’re going to be in the room a lot then maybe look elsewhere but they were okay for how much we used them.

Le stanze non sono molto grandi ma i letti sono comodi e la doccia è molto buona. All'interno c'è un armadio che ospita anche una piccola cucina a scomparsa, con due fornelli ad induzione, un microonde e un lavello. Televisore proprio di fronte al letto. Facile l'ingresso, vista la reception interna. Dopo le 18, con la tessera delal camera si apre anche il portone esterno. La posizione è eccellente e ci sono due fermate della metro a 200 metri, in una via in cui ci sono diversi esercizi commerciali. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva ad Hyde Park. Strategico.

We had to late check in as we arrived at 6.15pm and there’s no reception 6pm to 10am. It was very straightforward but was disconcerting that we were on the 4th floor and couldn’t see a fire escape. We had a lot of banging from the room above us and loud music from the room next door. With no night porter it was quite scary being in London with no assistance if something was to go wrong. The room was very very basic. More like a hostel. I would not want to stay here again, particularly with a child.

Teníamos una reserva para 6 noches en este hotel a mediados de diciembre y por restricciones COVID no podremos disfrutarla… No nos devuelven el dinero de la reserva que asciende a 1.200€. Son unos sin vergüenzas que además no cogen el teléfono, ni responden a los emails ni nada Cero seriedad en este hotel! No se lo recomiendo a nadie!!!!

Vergonzoso el trato, estamos intentando tratar una solución por un tema de Covid 19 que hemos estado en contacto con una persona y por teléfono nos dicen prácticamente que no es su problema u que podemos ir (incluso aunque pongamos en serio peligro a la gente) que clase de personal tienen que dice esto y asume un serio riesgo. Ya ni nos responden al chat ni a nosotros ni tampoco a la plataforma con la que hemos contratado para buscar una solución adecuada a ambas partes. Simplemente vergonzoso

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a triple room for two nights and had to leave before the second night despite not being able to get a refund. The initial check in was very difficult, with nobody answering the door for about 20 minutes as we stood outside with our luggage. On our first night, we were followed down the street to the hotel by three men who tried to come into the property behind us at around 8.30pm, and as there was no receptionist on the desk when we came in, we couldn’t alert anyone of this and were very scared the entire night as these men continued to hang around outside the property for some time after. I then reported what had happened to the receptionist the following morning, to which he didn’t have anything to say, or really care. I have now seen reviews from other people where similar has happened at this hotel. There is a massive security issue with people being able to come in behind guests as they’re returning to the hotel at night, and with no receptionist there, nobody can stop them from coming in. The actual rooms themselves weren’t clean, with the water from the taps coming out cloudy and mould and hairs in the shower. The walls are also very thin so you can hear the next room flushing the toilet and the floor above you walking around. Despite the low price of these hotel rooms, it isn’t worth it at all for the stress, noise and discomfort. Would strongly advise anyone to pick any hotel another than a NOX hotel!

Stayed in December 2022 for Winter wonderland and the location is perfect for this! About a 10/15 minute walk and your there! Close to tube stations to get around London which was ideal. Rooms are quite small for two people but we made it work. However they are very clean and refreshed everyday! Staff were all friendly and very helpful in letting us stow are bags as we arrived early in the morning on the day of arrival while we explored London. Would defiantly recommend this hotel for location and convenience!
