My stay at Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel was disappointingly unsatisfactory. Exhausted upon entering my room, I was met with a pungent Ben***-like smell on the pillows, prompting me to discard them for a less-than-restful night. The next morning, my complaint to the manager resulted in a promise of resolution. Returning later, although pillowcases were changed, the room still reeked. Attempting to refresh it by opening the window proved futile, and the night manager concurred with the persistent smell. I was relocated to a room with two single beds, a downgrade from the double bed I had booked. Fatigue prevented me from considering leaving the hotel on the second evening. The offered voucher for drinks felt more like a jest than a genuine attempt to address the issue. Despite the night manager's assurance of communication, the morning staff seemed oblivious during checkout, providing no compensation or resolution. Despite the hotel's commendable location, the mishandling of these issues leaves me regretfully unable to recommend Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel. It

Meget sentralt og topp service. Rommene var veldig små, men greit for korte opphold. Fikk rom rett ved heisen og det var meget sjenerende, spesielt om morgenen da det var lytt.

Sijainti loistava, superior-huoneen parisänky todella pieni varttuneelle pariskunnalle. Aamiainen erinomainen, saa tilata listan ulkopuolelta omeletteja ym.

Excelente ubicación. Cerca a tiendas, restaurantes, teatros, estaciones de metros y museos. Hotel bueno y cómodo. Personal muy amable y con interés de ayudar en lo que se requiera. Volvería al mismo hotel

Great Hotel. Location is perfect at Seven Dials with the buzzing and vibrant area. Great staff and extra thanks to Ed for great bookings at restaurants etc. Breakfast at Monmouth is fantastic. I prefer the small hotels with personal commitment - and this is the perfect hotel.
