Homewood Suites by Hilton Manchester/Airport

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were absolutely wonderful and always helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and pet friendly. The breakfast was always good.

Dans l’ensemble bel hôtel, propre bien situé. Les déjeuner laissaient à désirer, la dame en avait plein son casque et ne faisait pas le remplissage pendant la semaine, meilleur service pendant la fin de semaine.

Good welcome at the front desk. Too bad did not have time to enough the $300 a night stay. Checked in at 7pm and checked out 4am. Airport transfer was on time and only took 8 minutes

Very nice hotel with great amenities! We spent an awesome week there. The staff was nice, the kitchen in the room was very useful and the parking was very easy. We will go back for sure

The suite was beautiful, comfortable and clean. BUT about 10PM I realized there were no bathroom towels at all. I was told that someone would bring some up. I called an hour and 1/2 later and no one answered the desk phone. So in the morning I ended up without a shower, only a quick washup, using a kitchen towel. So disappointing. ]

Hostess at Desk was great! She did whatever she could to accommodate us. Thank you

This was the worst "stay" I have ever had! After driving for 8 hours with my family, we were informed that Hilton had, earlier that day, cancelled our reservation. They said they would move us to a "sister" hotel for a comparable room...they did not offer us a comparable room and instead wanted to charge more money for a worse room. They had comparable rooms available but the GM did not want to absorb the additional cost and instead wanted us to pay for it. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere...but what a disgrace, after the hotel messed up our family trips reservation, they had the nerve to ask for more money while providing a smaller room. Sad disgrace!
