曼徹斯特市中心Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Manchester Downtown)

Beyond beautiful hotel for your money, just not in the best/safest location.

The staff was wonderful. However, at breakfast, we chose a table that was vacant. It hadn’t been cleaned and had syrup on it so we left it. We had to sit at a large high table. A server came to us after about 10 minutes to see if she could have the salt and pepper that we had gotten from another table. Of course, we were happy to let her take it and I showed her the table which at this point had been rejected by many customers because they could see that it was dirty. I politely suggested it needed cleaning. When we went up to our room, I discovered that I had left my purse (at the dirty table because we sat there and then decided to move). We found my purse still there in the chair. That was after we had gone to the table, rejected the table, found another place to sit, ate breakfast and went back upstairs. The table was still dirty, and the woman I had asked to clean it was quite surly.

Property was great. Clean, very new, staff was great. No complaints. Area around the hotel was degenerative. ***** use in the park in the back of the hotel. Many homeless and questionable characters. Went for a walk with our 9 year old girl. She was very afraid. Hotel has security guard at night. Police patrols inside Market Basket next to the hotel.

Very nice staff, property and walkable to dining options. Free parking. Manchester can be edgy in my option, but not around hotel or local restaurants. I'd be back.

Day 1 of a weekend in New England. The Renaissance Inn in Manchester is a great place for the night. Breakfast was very nice.

The room is amazing. Large room with a coach and dinette. The bathroom is large as well.

Lovely property and pretty room, super comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stsy again!

Hotel very new but poorly constructed. Walls paper thin so much so could hear normal conversations next door as well as every sound on the street. Heads up they do mot clean the rooms even for a 6 day stay. It was our first time as extended stay at residence inn only stayed overnight before. Breakfast was disappointing. Wasn’t expecting much but usually stay in same class hotel w hilton ie garden or hampton and they put out a much better breakfast.
