美國延住飯店（洛杉磯長灘機場店）(Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport)

The staffs were friendly, we stayed for 1 week and our experience was great there.

工作人員非常友好和友善，不幸的是他們沒有洗髮精、護髮素和其他洗漱用品。浴室不是最乾淨的，有些毛巾很髒/很黑。我們的浴室裡也有一隻蟑螂。

太棒了，飯店要住！！！優質的服務，非常細心的員工，幹凈的設施，而且該地區非常漂亮！！！！

Unclean and very out dated for the price. Heard a resident yelling in the middle of the night. Saying someone had been in her room. Phone didn’t work in my room. Breakfast was coffee, granola bar, and muffin. For the price of stay things could be better. A very old stinky smell in the hallway.

We asked for a non-smoking room, the room reeked smoke and so was the bedsheets. We kept the window open and AC on blast and sprayed the room with Lysol spray to make the room smell better. There weren’t any towels so ended up buying towels at Target.

I've stayed at this chain before and had better experiences. The exterior appearance of the hotel belies some serious shortcomings for this place. The trashcan outside was overflowing from the time I checked in, and was still so the next morning when I checked out. The insides are dated and dim. The first floor had the unmistakable scent of ****, and this is supposed to be a smoke free establishment. Once again there was uncollected trash bags, and a pile of soiled sheets in the hallway that didn't move from the time I checked in until the time I left. (Maybe they don't do any cleaning on weekends?) The room was clean and serviceable, but would have benefitted from having a lounge chair since it's an "extended stay" facility. The staff was friendly and professional, so that's a plus. TBT, the property right next door is a little more expensive but much nicer. They also had a full breakfast last time I stayed there.

This place is such a disappoin**ent compared to other similar ES sites. I am going to say that the sheets hadn’t been changed ! Can’t say definitively cut sheets aren’t creased like mine were is they are clean! Place needs a makeover to be sure ! Pay $50 more and stay next door

Smelled like **** when I walked in, garbage in hallways, windows open when I walked in room as they were airing it out, loud music outside as a man set up his outdoor grill, music and tarp in the parking lot! Cracks in cabinet doors. I ended up leaving and not sleeping there. Felt unsafe and dirty to touch anything too.
